We had our home painted this month, November 2023, and couldn't be happier. I had shopped around and received 3 estimates, Pamblanco came in lower and I was a bit reluctant to go with a smaller, local, family owned business that I knew nothing about, but got a strong recommendation from a trusted friend. They specialize in PPC paint products, but there was no problem requesting and getting Sherwin-Williams. Jose & Alfredo did the job. We had a great weather week and they finished at the end of that week. They were very thorough and tidy in their work. Punctual and cleaned up after every day. When Pamblanco estimated the job they anticipated 50 gallons of paint, but we have a huge tall surface adjacent to Tucson Mountain Park and the project required 15 more gallons of paint. Pamblanco honored their proposal and purchased the extra paint. The workmanship was excellent and so was the communication with Joseph and staff. Cool Slate is a gorgeous color that perfectly nailed our taste. It commits to being gray, but is still warm and inviting. It isn't a cold, blue/purple gray. It's the perfect "greige". Our painters (Cesar and Angel) came to our home the following Wednesday - Friday. They showed up early and locked up before they left for the day. They took great care to keep our floors and belongings paint-free. We loved seeing the progress each day we came home from work. We had our house painted by Pamblanco back in July and they did an excellent job. They gave us three estimates of costs to choose from based on quality of paint to be applied and we picked the top brand (Manor House) because our house was well overdue. I waited about two months to evaluate the quality of paint and the job and couldn't be happier with both. The job took about two days to complete and the two person team wasted no time in their efforts. My old paint was so old and brittle that the stucco was sharp to the tough and could actually cut you. Now the coating is so thick that it's just the rough texture one would expect on stucco but not sharp. I got several quotes from other painters but Pamblanco appeared and was a good price for a quality job. Hard to find that combination these day. We recently purchased a home in the Vistoso Highlands. We wanted to paint the entire house before moving in and called 2 painting companies for bids. They spent a day and a half power washing, scraping and prepping the exterior (all the windows were neatly covered and taped off) and then the painting was completed within 2 days. We have a very large home (two stories, over 3,600 square feet and about a third of an acre completely fenced in). The workers were very courteous and professional. At the end, one of the painters went around and did any necessary touch ups. All this for about $2,000 less than other estimates we had received. Pamblanco Painting was hired to paint a 2- story 2,000 sq ft home and the requirement was that the house must be the 3 original colors as stipulated by the HOA. Our house looks fantastic! Two painters took two days to power wash the house, fix the stucco, reseal the windows/doors, prime house and apply the final coat of paint. These guys were awesome. Not only did they do a fantastic job in a timely manner, but they also worked with us to allow our dogs to access the backyard for potty breaks. The price was awesome. The painters outstanding.
