I wore it the next day on a sunny day and realized just how much I didn't like it so I went to return it. No returns on this $300+ wig. But there was no mention of a return policy and I had a receipt. The owner quickly showed me a framed statement that I would compare to hieroglyphics posted behind the sales desk. She offered to help fix the wig, cutting on the already too short top, and I left with the wig looking even worse than when I went in. She said it was because of health reasons and was against the law. But I've had no problems returning wigs from Amazon. It was quite a mistake going here and I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
