We were only 10 minutes late, with a toddler in tow, and it was our very first visit. Life with little ones can be unpredictable, and we expected a little understanding. Instead, we were charged a $50 fee, which they refused to waive, even after we explained the situation. We understand the importance of timeliness, but a bit of grace would have gone a long way, especially for new families trying to find the right care team. I told her my syptoms and she kept insisting that I had symptoms that I didn't have. I felt like she was not listening to my concerns and that she was talking at me like I was a child. She was very unsanitary by using the same ear cover probe for my ears, nostrils and she hovered it over my tongue. She was very rude and unsympathetic. She is not "SIMPLY BETTER".
