I decided to pop into their Skin Renewal Center to see what they offered. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who "helped" me. She saw me walk in, turned her back and when I was waiting at the counter she turned again and asked if someone was helping me. I laughed (thought she was joking) and said no. She asked with rolling her eyes, what i needed. I replied with "what do you offer here?" It was like pulling teeth. She made it abundantly clear I wasn't welcomed. She was condescending and mean. I did a men's Brazilian and men's under arm laser hair removal. Gotta be honest, the Brazilian does sting but Sam (the esthetician) was patient and let me have a break if needed. The under arms was not painful and was ticklish if anything. She did great, so much so I started visiting her for haircuts. However, today, I got stuck behind a firetruck on the way to my appointment. I called ahead 5 minutes before my appointment, let them know I was on 28th and explained my situation, my GPS was switching ETA times but I was 5-8 min away. Over the phone, I was told I could try but due to my stylist having back to back appointments I may not get in. I came in 6 minutes late and when I went to reception, she scoffed at me when I gave my name and said "oh you're not getting checked in." I was understanding of the situation, but would've liked to have been treated with a bit more kindness. I have never been late to or missed an appointment before. My stylist had cancelled my last one due to her own plans, and I wish she would've talked to me directly today to sort this out, especially since she now had a free hour without taking me for my service. Overall, place is clean, hair and makeup for weddings were great and efficient, but I do hope customer service can improve a bit!
