Incredibly terrible service. It's just one woman working out of her home and yet she accepts hundreds of groupon purchases. I bought the groupon and it took me three months to get her on the phone. She never called me back and was once very short with me when she had a call on the other line. When I was finally able to get a massage, I experienced the worst one I have ever had. She wasn't very good, and seemed to rely on peppermint oil to make up for it. I don't think she knows how to use it. She practically drowned me in the stuff. I was reeking of peppermint and shivering so much from the cooling properties at the beginning of the massage. When I realized how uncomfortable it was I asked her to stop using the oil... But she used it again! There's nothing "relaxing" about being so cold you are holding yourself stiff. It was an all around bad experience, from purchase of groupon to appointment. Don't fall for its cheap price: she's not worth it! If you even have a chance to get an appointment, with all the overbooking she does, you will find your massage uncomfortable and disappointing. read more

Do Not use Pamper Me Please Massage. I purchased two massage from there Groupon sit. I called there phone 4 times during the business day and left two voice mail recordings before actually speaking with a person. Once a human finally spoke to me she was very rude and told me her business hours are only from 9-5 Mon -Friday and that if I couldn't get off work during that time there was nothing she do for me. She also told me how busy she was and that she had sold over 700 Groupons and to just call the customer service line and get my money back. Do not go to this woman! She is highly unprofessional and unaccommodating. I purchased a Groupon to get an hour massage from Pamper Me Please. When I called to book my appointment, the next appointment that would work for both of us was about three weeks away. This was no problem for me because I am very limited on time. When the day of my appointment arrived, she called me around 10:00 to confirm my 12:30 appointment. I told her I would be there. I left Henderson (in Arkadelphia) where I attend college and made the drive to Little Rock as I had planned to do. At about 11:30, she called to tell me that she only accepts cash tips. I said "okay I will see you at 12:30". I was surprised to see her calling yet again at about 11:50, and when I answered the phone, she informed me that she was double-booked and had to cancel my appointment. Since I live in Hot Springs, I asked her if she could maybe check with the other client she had booked at 12:30 and see if they could reschedule because I made the drive from Arkadelphia to Little Rock (about an hour), then I was going to have to make the hour drive back to Hot Springs empty-handed. She would not budge. I called Groupon immediately and got my money back. I (of course) could not get the $30 in gas I spent back. read more

Horrible! I purchased 2 massage Groupons for my parents to this place and my dad spent 2 weeks trying to make an appointment. He told me about this on a Sunday and I immediately called Pamper Me Please to see what was going on. They promise to call back in 24 hours and they want you to leave your voucher code on a voicemail, don't do it. After leaving a voicemail I called Groupon, they've had several complaints and easily refunded me. However it did show that these Groupons were used, I believe this person is scamming us by asking for the voucher #, and not returning calls unless you threaten to report her, and pocketing the Groupons with never doing the work. This person from Pamper Me Please took 6 days to call me back and left a voicemail saying they've sold too many Groupons, please get a refund from Groupon. read more

I have called this business several times a week for 2 months. I've only spoken to someone ONCE, and they told me I'd have to call back another time. Meanwhile, my Groupon expired. I am reporting them to the Groupon customer service people and trying very hard to get them to stop offering this business as an option. People are getting scammed out of their money and it's just not right. read more

I was going to purchase a groupon today.. but before ever paying for anything that i am getting on the net, i always search the reviews.. and let me tell you how glad i am that i did!! First all i did was call to ask if the "spa" was in a professional office/building/suite or if it was in fact in a residence? the woman was very rude on the phone, cutting me off, saying yes its in her house, is that a problem? I said well yes, and started to say that really isn't what i am looking for.. she hung up on me and then called me back to ask me WHY i have an issue with that, i again tried to tell her that i was just looking for something more professional.. and that after I had dealt with her rudeness there was no way in the world they would ever get any of my money and hopefully no one elses as well.. sheesh read more

Left messages multiple times to schedule an appointment. It took 3 weeks to actually get ahold of her, and I almost missed the call because it came up on my phone as a blocked number. Then I had to schedule the appointment three weeks out. When I called to ask a question about the location, I never got a call back. Horrible way to do business. read more
