I got my nails done for my last prom with Jay, he was pretty quite but super nice. I am quite too so I had a calming time, even so he made sure to ask if I like it plenty of times during the process to make sure everything was going good. The reference picture was complicated and even so the work he did was so good. I got charged 110, but still think they all did a great job, my nails feel great and the charms are still on, haven't get caught in my hair that much as I tho they would, they all feel pretty secure and the shape is neat! I would deflected come back and recommend this place. They all made comments on my hair and how the nails turned out looking like. I called & asked if they had time for an appointment later in the day- THEY told me to come in at 6. I was a little hesitant, but I agreed. I showed up 15min early & was told I would get seated at 6pm. At first everything was okay... then I realized that my fill was being incredibly rushed. The acrylic is bumpy & uneven. The nails are shaped oddly, some are more oval than others... and now (2 DAYS) after my fill... nail polish is chipping. Because of how uncomfortable I was, as I realized he just wanted to get me out- I left it alone & didn't complain. When I went to pay, I was about to be charged $5 more than I was originally quoted on the phone. When I asked about the difference, I was told that filing my nail down (same shape) & fixing a broken nail was the reason. Which I would've been fine with- but it was the way that it was communicated. It just made me uncomfy... I am glad I found this salon. I need to find a good nail salon in Az that's not too far from my house. I think this may be the one. I got coffin shaped ombré nails. I showed Alvin a picture and he created the exact nail look from the picture. I was very pleased. They were able to squeeze me in for a sooner appt which I'm very happy about. I have been getting my lashes done by the technicians here LONG before they expanded their business and opened Pamper Me Pretty. Back in 2021, when literally nobody in Scottsdale knew how to properly do eyelash extensions, I drove here 30 minutes every 2.5-3 weeks. Still do. Their work is consistent, long lasting and exactly how you ask for it to be. Did I mention the exceptionally fair pricing? They even have a stamp card that gets you $20 off of your 10th visit when you pay in cash. Their lash room is clean and very quiet. I've been to salons where they play loud music or talk to other technicians, or the customer next to you. I want the option to hit noise cancel on my headphones and actually be able to fall asleep. I can't recommend Pamper Me Pretty enough. read more

Got a French tip hard gel fill. Was charged $70. I noticed when they rang me up the price for a fill was $45 so I asked why such a high price ($25) for a French tip? They told me that it was $20 for the "design" and $5 to shape. This confused me as I am used to getting charged extra if I change the shape of my nail, but I didn't; I just had them go shorter like I do with every fill since my nails grow in between. I'm sure other people do the same, as to keep the length to what they are comfortable having/functioning with. Make sure to break down the price when you go. I don't feel like I should have been charged $5 for the shape, as I kept it the same, and it should be apart of the $45 fill price. No other nail salon has charged for something like this. I also feel like the $20 design price was a bit high, as I got a French tip and am used to being charged $15 for design/extra. read more

I came back and am blown away with how awesome this nail salon is. Tommy was phenomenal and I cannot believe how perfect my nails are. They are everything I wanted. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and I scheduled it same day online which was super easy! I was greeted at the door by the front desk person who was very nice! I had Nick do my pedicure and they were so sweet and kind and very attentive. They kept asking periodically if I liked it or if the pressure was okay or if I was happy with the shape! I love being asked and felt very taken care of. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! It was also very clean and a very nice salon. My experience here was absolutely wonderful. We asked for a last minute appointment because we were driving out of town later that day, and they got us in very quickly. The man and women helping us were kind, gentle, and very accommodating. The name is very fitting, and I definitely felt pampered being offered water, hanging my bag for me, and helping me make sure the massage chair was right. DO NOT RECOMMEND! As a male, I walked in for a manicure and let's just say judgement for sure! Was told they don't have enough female technicians although there was only 2 people in the salon! As they were encouraging me to come back later or another day, one technician walked up and just stared at me when it's obvious available staff was present just more of a preference of who they would like to take care of. Great service. Terrible pedicure. I did the deluxe pedicure. The girl that gave it to me was a bit awkward and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I had to ask her to cut my toenails more because she left them long even though I asked for short. When I asked her to cut them as short as she could she trimmed a little and said "is that good, it's as short as I can get them" Really? Because usually when I get a pedicure they can cut them short no problem. The "5 minute massage" was disappointing. She barely touched me, I wouldn't call it a massage so much as just light rubbing. It was like she has never done a pedicure. The positives were a very nice massage chair. Beautiful space and the guy at the front desk was nice. Actually they were all very nice but just not a great pedicure that I'm used to at a typical nail salon. Unfortunately don't think I'll be back. read more

I am totally blown away!!! I am in town for my step-daughter's wedding on Sunday. Friday afternoon, I broke my nail. I tried a few different places near our hotel to get it fixed but no one had availability. I called Pamper Me Pretty, and they fit me in within the hour. I told them I needed a new nail and if we couldn't match the color, I'd need new gel color on all nails. Luckily, they had the exact color I already had on. I was able to get same day appointment for my lashes, which I was pleased with since they did such an amazing job as I like my lashes to look more natural than anything and that is exactly what she did but more importantly how she applied it, it isn't twisting or coming off.
