Pampered Paws is the best! I can't say enough nice things about Dan and his crew. They are amazing. They offer grooming, boarding, and doggie daycare. Each service is exceptional! We are thrilled to have a place that is so clean and everyone is nice and caring. Our dog Franny absolutely loves going there. No goodbyes or sad faces when we drop her off, she's like see-ya later and leaves us while she is running inside. This makes my heart happy. Most importantly, I know Franny is safe, happy and gets lots of love there. She comes home from daycare and boarding relaxed and content. After my kennel of over 15 years closed I did research on new kennel sources and came across PP. Note, it was during Covid so the owner, Dan, was kind enough to give me a virtual tour of the facilities. He was personable and information-wise he was exceptional. So based on reviews and speaking with Dan Patton, I was happy with choosing Pampered Paws Hotel and Spa for my puppies which I've used on two occasions. They walk the puppies multiple times daily, let them play and socialize as well as the option to view your puppy via the web. In addition they do have a pick up service if you are unable to drop your puppies off. On both occasions when picking up my puppies they seem extremely happy and calm. They are Covid compliant. We just boarded our 1.5 year old dog here for the first time and we were a bit worried about how he would react. Well, HE LOVED IT! He was exhausted when he got home and was super calm when leaving the facility. He's great with other dogs and was able to roam the facility which we loved. Dropped my 14 year old dog Buddy off for 2 nights. The staff was wonderful and let Buddy adjust for a little before playing with the other dogs. He seemed to enjoy the scene right away and mixed in with the friendly dogs that were all playing in the grooming room. I joked it seemed like a Disney movie with all the mixed breeds and playing. They have separate rooms of course and what i liked was that they were not metal fences like the usual kennels. Very hands on staff and you can tell they are all dog people. Pampered Paws did an amazing job grooming my Pomeranian! I was so impressed with their incredible work! I've been taking my dog to a different groomer, but decided to try Pampered Paws on a recommendation from an aunt. Pampered Paws is now the only place I will take my dog to get groomed! The grooming visit took about two hours, which is perfect for my nervous wreck of a pup. I hated leaving him for the whole day at the other place. Pampered Paws did a fabulous job grooming him. I thought he would need to be shaved because of matting, and I gave them permission to shave if needed. To my pleasant surprise, they didn't need to shave him at all! They brushed out all his winter undercoat, trimmed all the areas that got urine and poop stuck on it, and trimmed his hair all around, just enough to make him look clean and neat. They also trimmed his long paw hairs so I could see his cute toe beans! When I picked him up he looked like a show dog! His fur was so soft and they tied a cute little bandana around his collar. The staff is SO amazing, the place is very clean.Our puppy had the most incredible time!! Super trustworthy and Just the best!! Highly recommend! I had a 3 month old puppy and had to go away. I was very nervous. Dan the owner completely put me at ease. He was so accommodating. He always texted me right back. There were web cameras in facility so I could monitor my baby. I was sent little videos to ensure his well-being. I even got to face time him. The facility was also convenient and easy to find. There are woods and a trail behind the center for walks. Also, because I had to leave him a few days I received a free wash and nail clipping. Cannot recommend enough! I will definitely use again!!! read more

I've been using pampered paws for several years now. They have always been very professional and accurate. Their prices are much better than many commercial pet grooming services available. They always have many dogs around, but never seem like it's out of control. On a few occasions they have pointed out issues they have found with my dog (ear infections, etc). They do get heavily booked so you may have to wait 1 week before you get an appointment. Plan accordingly. read more

I took my dog in twice for grooming. The first time the owner did a pretty good job so I brought my dog back and the owner cut his hair completely different. I was upset because my dog not even receive a bath. I had to bring my dog back so he can try to fix the areas that were neglected. Also, the owner is extremely pushy about scheduling your next appointment. I told him that my dog's hair does not grow that quickly and I prefer it longer in the winter. Also, the owner asked me if my dog had knots in his hair and he wanted to know if I trimmed his nails. I told him that I bath him weekly and brush my dog often. All I wanted to do is give this groomer another chance, but instead I was interrogated. This owner is charging his customers for a service that he would like his customers to do before bringing in their pet. I do not recommend this groomer. read more

I have been going to Dan and crew for years. He used to live in the city and would drive my dog from the city to his shop. Now I make the trip myself with no hesitation. My dog loves him and everyone he works with. The place is one big doggy daycare and all the dogs seem so incredibly happy. I highly highly recommend him!!! read more

In addition, Dan does so much to support local rescue organizations. He grooms and boards rescue dogs for local rescues. He also raises money for them. While we were out of the country, Dan and the staff at Pampered Paws literally saved our dog's life. Thanks to their constant level of personal attention, they diagnosed his condition as serious and within hours Rocky was undergoing life-saving surgery. After surgery, Dan picked up Rocky and took over his post-op care until we could get home. Although this was an extreme situation, it was only possible because of the constant loving care and attention that they provide to all of their guests everyday. Pampered Paws is absolutely NOT a Kennel. The dogs spend their day together with their friends and under the care of their second family. Our dogs have enjoyed staying here for years and we know that the staff is there for your dog when you need them most. read more

Love love this place I drop off my dog here for boarding and daycare soon as i open the car door she jumps out and runs to the door she loves it here they really treat your pet like family!!! I have been to other places and this is the only boarding that has its own camera in each room which is amazing & its cage free which is good, the staff is friendly the owner dan he is great he is helpful any questions you have he answers and the place is super clean and smells great unlike other places....
