The animals were delivered to their facility on September 5, 2025. Since October 8, 2025, the company has stopped responding to all emails, calls, and messages. My phone number appears to be blocked, and they have also refused to provide an address to send food or supplies. I have repeatedly requested: - Photos or proof that the animals are alive and well - The care contract and boarding invoice - A photo of the crate that was fully paid for in July None of this has been provided. All my emails go unanswered, and I have no confirmation that the animals are even alive. I have filed reports with authorities and kept all documentation, but at this point, my only concern is to know that the animals are safe and being properly cared for. This has caused tremendous emotional distress for my family, especially for my son, who depends on these animals for emotional support. If you plan to work with this company, please make sure to have everything in writing and verify that they maintain regular communication. Though not the most egregious example of their NEGLIGENCE, they most recently failed to make a visit, having grabbed the wrong key because they had two clients with the same (common) last name and apparently had no system in place to manage such simple complications. The sitter never attempted to re-visit with the correct key. My pets, including one who has to take medication twice a day for a serious medical issue, were left without food and bathroom breaks, and we had to drive home in the middle of the night to take care of them. Luckily we were only a two-hour car drive away, but had we been a plane ride away, their apparent standard of care would have left our dog 24+ hours without food or a bathroom break and our cat 24+ hours without food or medication. Though not as serious as the impact their negligence had on our pets, we also had to forfeit the remainder of our trip. In the most egregious example of NEGLIGENCE, they failed to give our cat her medicine for multiple days. Toward the end of our trip, the container of medicine ran out, which shouldn't have been a problem because they had instructions on where to find more; however, they never refilled the container and never even attempted to contact or inform me. Ultimately, my cat ended up falling ill for the first time in two years, and it took a painful procedure and three months to get her back to normal. The first issue resulted from a failure to show up for the first meet-and-greet, which should've been a sign from the start. We've had great experiences at other times, which is why we stayed this long, but this is repeated behavior that is completely unacceptable and inexcusable for a pet-sitting business.
