We've used her many times now over a few years, and have never had any kind of issue at all with her - never. They lovingly gave us all the clinical information we needed to make the very difficult decision to let him go. They then helped our youngest daughter who had her new born son with her set up FaceTime videos with our closest family to say goodbye.
