Do Not use them! It took forever to get our three tiny pets groomed. They keep them in cages for way too long! We have sometimes had to wait over 8hrs to pick.them up because they ALWAYS over book! These little pups came home exhausted and shaking! They do have good advice on dog/medical issues, but it's certainly not it worth! Don't bother getting a stamped card, even when you have it almost all filled up but lose it, don't bother asking! Guess, we gave them too many changes, yes my fault! We found the most amazing place for way less cost and our pups are done within two hours! Plus, there NEVER in cages! read more

The groomers are friendly and they seem to genuinely enjoy their work and the pups! The shop is easy to find and cute inside, featuring lots of pet goodies (clothes, treats, accessories) to peruse (and buy!) while you wait. You can see the grooming room from the front desk/lobby/shop area and watch while your precious pooch (or kitty) gets his/her treatments. Also, the facilities seem clean and well-kept. They are thorough on paperwork, which I appreciate to help keep my pups healthy and safe, and I like that they ask questions about temperament and special concerns, and that they offer a loyalty "rewards" program. A basic groom service for my two 10 and 12 lb poodle mix dogs was reasonably priced (I think $40/e) and was to include: brushing, shampooing, conditioning, blow dry, nail trim, and ear hair removal. After dropping my two girls off in early afternoon, it took 4 hours for their services to be completed. Although they seemed happy, well-cared for, and smelled nice when I picked them up, I wasn't too happy with their cuts overall. I asked for basic cuts- allover short- to keep it easy. I had discussed the problems with foxtails in our yard with the groomers and requested that their paws (especially) be trimmed very short (poodle cut-down to the skin) and other than that, gave no special instructions. When I picked the pups up, they both had uneven hair on the top of their heads, which I promptly requested be corrected (it looked better, but still alfalfa-esque, after they "fixed it"). I only realized later that there were several spots over the whole body that were uneven, and I had to bust out my old trimmers to correct. I also saw that their paws were still quite furry, their nails were NOT trimmed (or if they were, it was barely) and one of them still had very hairy ears (they were obviously NOT plucked). Overall, in a pinch, I would go here again and just discuss these issues with the groomers before the services, but I've since found another groomer for regular care. read more

This has to be the worse place ever! I had an appointment for Saturday morning at 10am (they place wasn't even open) there was about 10 people there waiting to drop off there pets. I talked to the guy who was the groomer about how I wanted my cat shaved. After about an hour and half I received a call saying our cat was ready to come home.... The owner had all kinds of excuses on why his hair cut may not be perfect. I got him home and was horrified about the way he looked!!! It was the worse cut ever!!! Some places are super long while other places were so short that the skin was nicked! I don't recommend this place for any animal, ever! read more

I took my cat who was a shelter cat. She was a very untrusting cat, badly miss treated before I got her. I had her only a month. She was badly in need of having her nails clipped. I was surprised at how Mary was working with her. Missy sat there having her nails done. She just loved the pedicure, just like she had it done before.Mary had such patience with her. Talking and cooing at her. I would highly recommend Mary and staff. I watch from the window by the desk. The shop was clean. read more
