Searched the internet for an AC compressor for my 2007 Saturn VUE, found PAM. $99 for an 2005 Saturn VUE AC compressor. A make-an-offer popup appeared, I offered $100 if they included shipping. I got an email back in less than 30 minutes saying it was a deal. I called the salesperson back Friday afternoon and he said it would ship today. I got the part Tuesday via UPS. They did a good job on packing it. I got it installed the next day. I now got great AC A perfect experience. I should also thank the auto repair shop that allowed me to provide my own parts. Sells broken car parts on eBay and forces the buyer to keep them once they figure out they're broken by lying to eBay and denying my eBay Buyer Protection Guarantee. Physical damage to the item was not disclosed, item was not tested. When I spoke on the phone with an employee, they actually asked me "how are we supposed to test it exactly?" clarifying they obviously don't test anything before selling the item to the public. They denied my refund and somehow won in the eBay escalation dispute due to how they worded the auction - I am contacting my bank now to do a charge-back but I advise everyone to stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS THIEF! read more

I needed one HID headlight for my Passat. A salvage yard in NC sent me a regular halogen one, not HID, and when I emailed they said they'd made a mistake labeling it, and would send one from a car just coming in. The second one they sent was also the wrong kind. PAM's was not the lowest price for the part, but they shipped it promptly. It was well-packaged, and it was correct for my car. They even sent a note saying they appreciate my business. Based on this transaction, I can certainly recommend them. read more

Need a taillight assembly, found one online here, bought over the phone, picked up the next day and installed myself, no issues or problems.

I bought a car part from them on eBay marked as compatible with my car, received the part and had it repainted to get it installed to find out the part was not compatible as described in their listing. Had to pay the body shop for the paint job and labor when I tried to return it, they denied the return because eBay has a rule that favors the seller if the item has been modified. When I called them "Randy" their eBay sales rep informed that they would not take the part back since I filed a claim they would not work with me and let me out of the money for the part as well. So I paid over 300 for a worthless part that the seller incorrectly described as compatible with my model. The kicker is that Randy made it a point to rub it in that they wouldn't work with me because a filed a case. Not sure what kind of business they are running but I know I will not use them again, nor buy anything from eBay since their buyer protection is worthless as it seems to have loopholes in special cases. read more
