I did not know the owners prior to shopping for a used car there and received no prior recommendations from anyone to consider doing business with them. I bought a used vehicle there last year. The warranty they offered was so unique and strong it really cinched the deal. We paid a fair price for the car. Information and forthrightness were remarkable during the shopping experience. I had two repairs that were needed and covered by their warranty. They performed both quickly and without hesitation. I plan to return there in the future as long as the ownership and policies remain the same. You won't see balloons on cars, inflatables out front and fancy tent sales. You will see average folks who are straight shooters that won't make you feel like your time was wasted and your wallet was picked clean. The service drivers are very excellent and the advisor named Sharmeta was very kindly to proceed, helping me get through the rest of my service while picking up my car they will get over on you. They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not. He tried speaking on my behalf when he's clearly not a technician. He had too much to say when he's not even a technician I want to say so much more, but I am trying to move on from this chaotic place and move on graceful fully with my life. This was the most worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I hope and pray nobody has ever or will ever go through what I went through. Thank you, but no thank you never again also they do not do refunds even if your problem is not solved or fixed. They did not fix my car. And he also hung up on me while trying to discuss and fix the matter because I'm not a problematic person at all. Every car I have ever purchased from a dealer has always come with a full tank of gas. I tried to fill the tank but the pump kept shutting off. I ignored the problem thinking it was the pumps fault. later tried to fill again at another station, again kept shutting down. Googled why I cant fill my tank, came back as a bad charcoal fuel line filter. Long story short when I had the car hooked up to an analyzer it showed the code had been erased before I bought the car. The dealership knew there was a $600 dollar repair needed but did not disclose the problem. I guess buyer beware is something to remember when dealing with used cars!

It wasn't long after a list of issues, Corey was great at first, helpful, once it came to my request of a write up of what's wrong and a qoute he became short with me, a lot of excuses "I'm new here it's onlymy 3rd month", "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know anything about this". Brought the vehicle back look at something covered by the pathetic extended warranty that I had added into my bill. At the time expressed my concerns and to have a few things looked at, again asked for an inspection and qoute. Pick the vehicle up and it wasn't done. They tried to cover a preexisting issue by putting new tires on the vehicle and not addressing the cause of the tire wear. Notonly that nothing was mentioned. When I take to the sales Manager Corey he was extremely rude and unprofessional - sternly yelling atme on the phone for 10 minutes, wouldn't listen, cutting me off etc. Then tried to diagnose the car himself and told me what was needed - someone who responded with "I am not a mechanic, Iknow nothing about that". Unfortunately I took the 1 and 1/2 hour drive to Cold Springs, only to find very limited stock of the vehicle and not at the lease priced advertised. In addition, there was very little in the way of their employees wearing mask in their display and sales area. This outfit seems to be giving a wink and a nod to COVID 19 compliance. The old bait and switch comes to mind from my experience. The stereotypical negative car dealer you see portrayed in movies is not as far fetched as you think. Went to another Chevy dealership close to home and found the vehicle and price I was looking for. Live and learn, if an advertisement sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
