I already had an appointment which I intended to keep since I needed the cut but I asked him politely about the 60% raise in cost. He sent a rude text and in part said he had decided to quit being a bargain (Seriously!). He also informed me he had cancelled my scheduled appointment I had intended to keep. I was stunned not only at the price increase but the rude treatment when I had been such a loyal customer.
