She kept grabbing my hands rough and pushing them out of her way and seemed bothered, as I was getting cut while they were doing my toes, so I politely asked if they can do my hands after my toes. She seemed bothered, but said yes the lady doing my toes missed a lot of spots on my toes whether it was discolored. I ended up having Ivan do my hands and he can clearly tell I was upset about my toes, not being done properly and being injured the lady that was supposed to do my manicure was upset I didn't go back to her and the manager stated I was picky when that was not the case. You can tell the workers in the shop were upset and giving Ivan a hard time for doing my nails. They were extremely unprofessional (Ivan being the only professional that I encountered there). Ivan was apologetic for the other person, hurting my feet and making me bleed and for my service. It definitely felt like a hostile work environment. I felt bad for Ivan having to deal with that type of environment. Ivan did an AMAZING job with my manicure as well as fixing the paint job on my pedicure. Unfortunately due to the unprofessionalism and injury, I will NOT be back. I went there to relax for my birthday but instead came out irritated and injured. I believe the owner had me checking in and then the nail tech that was doing my builder gel fill was flora. I've gotten a builder job at least 10 times and the way she was doing it was not right. She filed my nails so low that once my regrowth came, the nails that she worked on was so much lower. It looked so obvious and bad. It only took one bed, nail tech to ruin my healthy nails that will take a long time to grow . Initially, I believe the owner looked at my nails and said something to Laura how they were not good so then Flora filed my nails down even more and started painting them again . While doing so she filed them down so low and my nails feel so weak. Please avoid this nail salon and just make sure the tech that you're saying knows how to perform the service you're asking for. Even though the owner had her do my nails, she filed them down so low and this is gonna be months of growth until they feel normal and healthy again. I would avoid the snail salon as they don't seem properly trained and the techniques they offer and I'll definitely avoid the nail tech. When I went to a different nail salon, they basically told me she filed my nails down at a really high setting, and that was inappropriate. They felt really bad for me and told me that the person who did my nails at pro nails basically destroyed them and I need to be really careful with them. In addition, flora was making me get a design on my nails so she could up charge me. I didn't like the design that she redid it. She doesn't know what's she's doing this is just a warning to avoid!
