I feel lucky that we found Panchito's Dry Wall when our whole project came to a complete stop. My house is a big project and needed a lot of drywall work and patch-ups. I got three quotes and decided to go with Francisco because he is licensed and bonded, and most importantly, offered a reasonable price. He did an amazing job on my house. Very professional, he paid attention to details and sent us pictures each evening, letting us know the progress of the project. He finished the job within the timeframe his contract specified. My house looks beautiful after they finished the work. He also helped me correct the framing issues caused by the unprofessional framing job from the GC. Absolutely horrible. Francisco come over last Wednesday to give me a quote. He showed up and quoted me $400 to do the job but he wouldn't be able to until Monday "this was Wednesday" because he was going out of town to do some work. I explained how I needed it done asap because the AC tech was scheduled to install the spiral ductwork the following day "Thursday" then the handyman scheduled the following day to install a sliding barn door where the drywall repair was. So everything would be back to back. Well Francisco couldn't make it till Monday morning so I agreed to push everything back to accommodate. Well Monday came and I didn't hear anything from him so I called at 11am. He said that he forgot and that he could make it later around 5pm. I explained how I had the ac tech scheduled for the next day. Well 5pm came and nothing. He finally texted at 6pm and said he was sorry but wouldn't be able to make it for another few days because he is busy. Then why shake my hand and string me along ? I could have had someone else do it by then and so I was back to square one. Worse part is now I have to explain everything to my AC tech and Handyman. I would not recommend Panchito's. We hired Panchito's to plaster and paint our existing kitchen and utility room walls and build a new wall with pantry shelves. They started on-time and work quality seemed to be good at the start. The first issues; were that they didn't build the new wall first until after plaster adjoining walls. The old paneling was to be removed off a partial wall before re-drywalling and then build the new wall. They left old paneling on and drywall over it. At the beginning and during the course of re-plastering the walls it was communicated multiple times that the plastering of the walls had to be all the way to the floor. IN FACT, THIS WAS A TOPIC OF DISCUSSION DURING THE QOUTE THAT PLASTING HAD TO BE ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. He assured me that is would. I spoke with both the owner and the team on-site 3 days before job completion that the wall plastering was not being done all the way to the floor. I received confirmation from the owner that it would be done. He never comminated this with the team doing the work. Only until the last hours after painting, when I again pointed out that it was not done did they finally rush to add it quickly and with poor quality - see photos, there are many areas at the bottom and corners with rough spots and unfinished areas. In the contract was they were also to patch and repair holes from electrical work, only until I pointed out this out did, they fix the holes, but this should have been done before plastering the fixes were sloppy because plaster was already on the walls. They would have left these holes if I hadn't said something. When they were drywalling the new wall they ran out of corner edging for one of the corners, half the corner was missing edging. We told them they had to add the corner edge before adding drywall, but they held the plastic barrier over the area, to try and hide it from us and drywalled over the corner anyway. Now that corner is uneven and will have to be redone. Also, on one of the corners you can see the corner tape still. The 2nd issue was that they did not use painters caulk to fill gaps and seams on the new pantry shelves before painting and there are several unpainted spots on the shelves. The shelving now has gaps that will need to be fixed or redone. Also, in the contract was that the carpet and to be retacked and tucked to the new wall but they cut carpet and tried to leave it without any tack strips thinking I would not notice. He did give me money off to have this fixed. We did a walk through, and I pointed out these issues, Panchito's assured me that he would return the next day to fix the problems, because I had flooring scheduled, for the following day. I texted him that I got more paint and was ready for him to come and fix the issues. I received no text or call back. They rushed on the last day and there are many issues with the pantry shelves and bottom of walls at the floor, that I will need to get redone. It was also not professional to not have contacted me the next day to let me know he wasn't coming so; I could have possibly got someone else to fix the issues before flooring was installed. The plastering of larger flat areas of the walls looks good but because the bottom and corners are not correct it makes the entire job look bad. read more

He was very knowledgeable and completed the project within his time frame given. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and will definitely use him again.
