The so called guacamole. Que. Vergüenza hacia nuestros ante pasados

Would give 0 star if I could. Customer service good. Food and price horrible I'm Mexican and let me tell you la comida y el precio es un robo. I asked for guacamole and the have blended aguacate salsa like hello.???? The I asked for the two enchiladas which is the name on the menus and the picture came with rice beans and una ensalada. The literally only gave me the enchiladas and they charged me 11$ So expensive. This ain't no fancy Mexican food bruh too expensive for absolute shit. Also I don't know where these people are from in Mexico or if they are even from there pero enserio que la comida es un insulto a todos los mexicanos en Estados Unidos. And let me tell you one burrito is like $12 for just meat and like a guacamole in the inside What I mean is I usually burritos come with more they either come with rice beans the meat of choice some type of guac some cheese this place charges you so much for absolutely nothing in the bare minimum this burrito should cause six dollars max.

I tried to move it and it completely crumbled apart in a wet mushy mess. I love tamales but this was unbearably bad.

If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. I literally never review places but am making an exception to warn people to NEVER GO HERE. I waited 45 minutes at a restaurant that looked closed for a pickup order, meaning it should've already been made. I had to call the store 5 times before someone finally picked up and said they'd bring it to the window. I got home only to realize they left out the cheese dip I ordered which is the part I was most excited for. I've been calling for 30 minutes trying to get a refund on the $5 I was charged for this but the person working there took the phone off the receiver instead of picking up, so they just took my money and won't give any way of refunding it. The food is so bad that even though I haven't eaten in 12 hours, I could only stomach a couple bites. Truly the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten. The enchiladas are soggy and super salty, the rice is dry and bland, and the tamale is mushy with an odd after taste. I am not a picky person, either! Terrible service, long as hell wait time, terrible food. I'm so thoroughly disappointed and angry by this experience, so save yourselves the trouble! Go literally anywhere else!

This establishment is literally in the backyard of my brother's residence. So location is convenient and easily accessed. It's open 24/7 as well. Those are the good things. First off, the cashier had no idea what my order was. I ordered a bowl. He was like, "We have bowls?" I pointed to the picture from their menu. Then proceeded to ask his manager about how to enter that into the cash register. His manager looked baffled as well. But after a minute or two, they figured it out. There's a little stall in the middle of the restaurant that had salsa, pico, and some lime wedges. They don't regulate it so you can take what you want. After we went to pick up the food from the counter, we sat and first bite was bland. This is supposed to be Mexican food right? Where's the salt or am I missing something? My Husband ordered fish tacos and he says his plate was also under-seasoned. Nonetheless, we finished the meals. It was ok. I've definitely had better. I have a star for location and another one for opening 24/7 but that's about it. I forgot what type of meat I ordered for my bowl. I should have ordered more food for test but maybe not. I think they need to get more organized and familiar with the menu before I return.

Respectful staff and good food for the price! Pancho's is known for their late/24/7 menu. And I've never been upset with their food

    Bones from the chicken burrito

Tried Pancho's for the first time today. Ordered a chicken burrito. Probably the worst burrito I ever had. Absolutely bland. Nothing but chicken inside. Bunch of little bones in that chicken - that means very low quality meat. You will have a better burrito at Taco Bell on the same street.

Adobada Burrito Thats only half of it

I ordered and Adobada burrito! It was fireeeee! It's marinated pork with Pico to Gallo... threw 1 red and 1 green hot sauce on it. I'd order it again!

Carne Asada fries, always a favorite in Southern California and the ones at ponchos are very good.

The Carne Asada fries were just like the ones I used to get in San Diego. Definitely will be back to try other items.

They always get it right! Eat here about once a week and they never disappoint. There's always fresh salsa in my fridge.

Queso is ice cold. Prices are insane compared to the one in Salina. Burrito is large but not the best.

Everything tasted bland, like it came out of a can and was microwaved. I've had better meals from Taco Bell. Churros were okay.

Got a burrito and added some salsa to it at 1am and let me just say nothing hits when you're drunk like Mexican food. SO GOOD.

I don't know if abuela left but I think she would be disappointed in how this restaurant served us. Firstly, the food had no flavor. I'm sorry but you're a restaurant.. isn't the whole point to eat food that has flavor? Like not even salt. Also the tacos were so greasy they made us gag. I'm not even kidding like it was bad. Once we got our food we waited 15 mins for silverware. So that kinda sucked too. And then it took us 5 years to get the check. Also there were extremely racist white old ladies sitting at the table next to us. The customer isn't always right. Anyway though, we were really disappointed. Lawrence does have great Mexican food. I was excited to bring my boyfriend here because it used to be one of my favorite spots. They also don't do free queso anymore. At least the place was clean. There are better spots like Lulu's or Los Guapos. (Rip cielitos). I'd maybe try again in the future but for now I wouldn't go back.
