May be a bit misleading and they will guide you there. I thought their prices were quite fair and even upon return they verified I had filled the boat and did not charge additional. Upon arrival at the dock on the morning of the rental I was received in the dock by Nathan. He was awesome and very helpful throughout the process. Had us out within minutes but still covering all the boats safety items needed. The boat was a bit dated but handles well. We had the larger deck boat and she handled well inn relatively windy conditions as we were trying to head to nearby sandbars. The return was just as smooth and no issues or surprises like some other operators Overall will definitely rent form them inherited future. They have a considerate staff that really helps the renter in their voyage! Thank you

I will be honest, I was a little nervous about the experience with my littles but, it was THE BEST! Our Captain was Alberto, he was super knowledgeable and kid friendly! My little guy asked sooo many questions but, Captain Alberto was super patient with him and answered all of his questions. Our captain took us to various spots; we snorkeled for a bit and did fishing. We caught tuna and yellowtail snappers! A few days before our boat rental my husband had stopped by the marina to see if we could rent a boat. That specific day the owner named Ray advised my husband that the boating conditions were not ideal and he stated he didn't want to rent a boat out to us for us to come right back miserable and sea sick. We thought that was great that he was looking out for our best interest and didn't want to just take our money. Fast forward to a few days later where the boating conditions were better and we were ready to go! My husband went back to the marina and met Ray again. Ray took his time and went over all the details ( and trust me there is a lot to know before you head out) of the boat and sent us on our way. My husband and i started to head out and it wasn't long before my idiot ( and i say that with love) husband put the boat in neutral without realizing and thought he broke the propeller. He called Ray and within 10/15 minutes Ray was out on the water to help us out. We felt so bad for dragging Ray out just to tell us we had the boat in neutral! He reassured us it was ok and that we did exactly what we were supposed to do in that situation. Ray then sent us on our way again! We had the boat until 4pm and we had a blast!!!!! The area we were in made it hard to stay out of shallow water but we did it! We felt like we had no limits on distance and we made it out to the Coffin Patch which is at a coral reef where people go snorkeling. You are not able to anchor there but there are buoys to hook the boat up to if you want to stay. We then took the boat out to the 7 mile bridge and then made our way back. Ray met us back at the marina to help fill the boat back up with gas. We talked for a bit and then we were on off. Ray was such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Nowhere on their website or booking site is there a disclaimer that trips might be canceled for this reason. Then I had to email them twice to get the refund initiated after they said it would be processed automatically. Had i not watched my credit card transactions I would have been out almost $200. I shouldn't have to follow up on a refund because you canceled on me and shouldn't take 5 days after the scheduled trip to send a refund. This seems like a shady company who doesn't care about their customers so proceed at your own risk!
