Writing this review on "National Drive-Thru Day" is apropos. Like sitting in your car at the drive-thru for 30-40 minutes for mediocre food? You'll love Pancho's then. The bright side is that this place is open 24 hours; so you can hit the drive-thru at anytime - especially if you are an early riser or a night owl. The lines and wait can be pretty long depending on the time of day. There is no inside service... Food itself can be hit or miss. You can order the same thing twice and have different experiences. Their burritos are my go-to as they are filling and affordably priced. They also have combination plates of tacos and rice, which are not too bad. Service at the window can be hit or miss. As of July '25 they have raised the prices on the burritos and now charge for the sauce (which is also rationed and you get one packet per order)..... Not bad if you don't mind the wait and the drive-thru ambiance... read more

Delicious and inexpensive. No wonder the drive through is always so busy! Glad i tried it.

Pancho's Is My Tried And True In Salina! The Food Is Very Affordably Priced. The Food Is Fresh, The Vibe Is Casual And The Service Is Fast! I Ordered The California Burrito And It Was As Expected. Steak And Potatoes Were Seasoned And The Cheese Pico Was Well Balanced! I Recommend Pancho's For Sure For A Quick Bite! read more

Pancho's Mexican Restaurant - Mexican Near Me - Salina, Kansas

I have been through the drive thru of Pancho's hundreds of times, because I love their breakfast burritos. Today I ordered my usual (mixed breakfast burrito). The car in front of me bailed, I should have checked my sack before pulling up to window. I get back to the office and open my tasty goodness and it's NOT what I ordered. I tried to call, but they refuse to answer their phone..... another reason that I wish their lobby was open..... Now that I am at the office, I can't just leave to go back...... I have let the phone ring 100 times! read more

The food at ponchos Mexican restaurant is very good. The Tacos, and Burritos are all very good and the portions are worth the price. You get a lot of food for your money. read more

This is a nice little Hidden Gem in Belton. Not fancy but the food is always on point! These little spots are the best! Why waste time on fast food when you can have tacos!! read more

What's not to love about a drive thru bargain budget friendly fast Mexican food drive thru? I pulled in to score a breakfast burrito and spent time in line with several who make Pancho's their morning jam. Homemade tortilla, hot ingredients, great flavor, good salsa, yup it's all there. On a recent out of town stretch I didn't find a breakfast burrito nearly as good as the one I grabbed at Pancho's. Ordering what's a bit tricky, I think the order taker and I just struggled to get on the same page. But, after we did the food came quick, was piping hot and Oh so flavorful! Get here and get you sum, your stomach will thank you! read more

Great little spot for breakfast burritos. Homemade tortillas and great flavors. Price is great!

So good!!!! I will literally travel from Wichita to Pancho's anytime I want a good burrito.... 10/10 keep up the good work guys.... Wished I could dine in so I could order more food going back again to get another burrito before I leave!!! read more

Food always great tasting and hot service is good and fast might have to wait awhile in drive thru because all was busy but we'll worth the wait .have been going for years and the prices have been the same .it's across town from where I live but well worth the drive. Ambiance is nice friendly staff . read more

Best *REAL* Mexican in Salina, KS. They keep it real at ponchos!! The prices are amazing and affordable as well.

Only downside is the line at certain times. But that's a direct result of how good the food is in my opinion! Haven't been inside in years, but it's always a great filling drive through meal. Especially handy if you're hungry in the middle of the night. read more

We picked up breakfast burritos driving thru. They are amazing! Fresh made & huge! Size of 3-4 fast food burritos

This place is good af! Their hours are 6 PM to 6 AM. We came last night to place an order of 30 breakfast burritos for the next morning for my man's job site, they did absolute wonderful! Everyone at work were talking about how great the burritos taste! read more

The food is great! The service has always been good. I've never had a rude worker. I love their bean and cheese burrito. They're huge and you could tell the flour tortillas are homemade absolutely delicious. read more

Pancho's Mexican Restaurant - Breakfast burrito!! - Mexican Near Me - Salina, Kansas

The food and price is great but they charge you to take something off a burrito and the lady at the window is extremely rude they could also be more hospitable. Yes certain times it is better they also don't take any criticism they are good and cheap but you get what you pay for the extra charges are messed up they added a dollar to my order because my cards locked they get so much business everyone is very nice except the older lady read more

I had better version of Drive Thru food from frozen market. As someone who eats Fine dining to Alberto's Mexican Food. This was so disappointing. The Burrito was cold and the Roll Tacos garbage! I would never send anyone to this place. The quality just ain't there. The burrito was so tiny I thought they forgot to pack it! There's no quality control with in dine in option! read more

Panchos is the go-to in Salina. The food is affordable and really good. I always get the texano burrito with a side of queso and a large horchata and it never disappoints. Even though the lines are long, the food is always good. 10/10 in my opinion. read more

Delicious food! Perfect late night food!! Quick service! The queso was awesome and so was the burritos!

I went through the drive through at Pancho's this evening as we do often on Thursday night. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos (mix and bacon), 3 adobada tacos, shrimp fajitas, chips and salsa, side of beans, rice and pico and 2 jarritos, I mandarin and 1 strawberry. I got home, I live 45 minutes away. I received my fajitas but no tortillas, and my 2 pico, without chips. I am very frustrated to say the least, and to make it worse, you can not get ahold of anyone at the establishment. I have called numerous times since I returned home with no response. It just rings. I don't usually have an issue here, but this is not okay. I understand we are all human, but these are key components to the items ordered. I just hope I can be refunded for my missing items. However, I don't know how, since no one answers the phone. read more

Very busy open 24 hours a day and never have had a bad experience here they make some very big meals for the price they definitely give you your moneys worth and food is made to order it's made fresh when you order it definitely worth the stop they have lunch and breakfast menu read more

You can't go wrong here- my god the chimichanga's are huge, easily make a couple of meals alone just off that- good food!!!

Go to food stop when driving through town. Chorizo breakfast burrito was great and everyone was friendly.

I'm not sure what all the good reviews are about but this food suck !! No chip , salsas like water , plastic forks... agh fly everywhere... plastic plate . Never again read more

There staff is rude and act as if they are doing you some kind of favor by speaking to you. Very cold, ridgid, and dismissive. Out of all the 24hr food choices in Salina, I would say the food is at the top, but there are but a few options late night. So....... The food beats McDonalds, but the staff repeatedly has left a bad taste in my mouth. To many bad experiences to mention, and I won't be going back. read more

This Chicken Chimmichanga is Bussin!!! The meat is so perfectly moist and compliments the fried flour tortilla well. I've been in Salina 3 months... it seems I saved the best (restaurant) for last. Pancho's understood the assignment! read more

I've had several things on the menu over the years. Just getting around to writing a review because it is definitely worth the money. I drive out of my way to get here. The staff is always friendly as well. read more

Awesome fresh food, rich flavors, quality ingredients, and large portions makes Pancho's a great choice for lunch or dinner. The menu has a lot of choices and you can order single items or platters. The chicken enchiladas are a great choice, I also liked the chorizo. The restaurant is well kept and clean. Service was fast and friendly. read more

The first time I ate here I ordered the nachos. Not my cup of tea, chips were horrible and stale. Next time I ordered the breakfast Burrito with steak. It was fantastic. So I decided to try it again for lunch ordered the shredded beef Taco and a Pancho Burrito which had Steak. The Burrito was huge. Both were great. Definitely get the quacamole sauce and the hot sauce. read more

Absolutely great food made quick. My personal favorites are the original Poncho burrito and any of their breakfast burritos.

good food but when I asked if they give military discount the person got pretty rude to me. Everywhere else in this town supports the military and gives military discount even Jalisco's and La Casita's gives military discount. Don't think I will be supporting this business since they don't support the military. read more

I sure wanted to try this so I drove over there and locked my vehicle up to go inside for a sit down dinner. As of 9/19/22 it is drive through only!! read more

Native Californian here (like someone else in the reviews). Panchos is the best Mexican food in Salina by a mile. I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered and I've been here many many times. Everything is always fresh and the employees have always been extremely friendly. My top orders: Asada breakfast burrito Asada chimichanga Rolled burritos Super nachos read more

Great value and quality. I go every chance I get. The line of cars is a good sign you are at the right place.

While only the drive in is open at this time, waiting in line for 20+ minutes is we'll worth it. The burritos are encased in a homemade Tortilla shell and the carne asade steak mixture inside is we'll worth the wait! The price point is phenomenal and the food is second to none. I will always come to Panchos, regardless of the wait time to get my burritos!! read more

Yes! Taste like home! San Diego California I live in okc now this place helped me feel at home

Super tasty food and such quick service even thought the line was wrapped around the building!! Love that they are open 24-7 because I get out of work very late and always want tasty fresh food! read more

So I used to like panchos a lot but it seems like now almost every time I come in something is wrong with my order. The last 3/4 times I got a #5 the cheese in my enchilada wasn't melted. Just cold shredded cheese. This time I also got a burnt taco with no cheese on it. I've also gotten a veggie burrito that had huge hunks of ham on it and I do not eat ham! Very gross! When I order fiesta tostadas I never know what topping will be on it because sometimes it's right and often it's not. I probably won't be back for a while because for almost $10 I expect my meal to at least be hot. Hopefully they can get it together- until then I'll order togo from a restaurant for the same price and get chips and salsa! read more

We ordered two beef breakfast burritos. My husband thought his was decent. I didn't. The tortilla was rubbery and the burrito was dry and tasteless. I came across a piece of steak or two, bit that's about it. Didn't finish it. It left an oil slick in my mouth. read more
