The positive culture she has created is reflected throughout the entire center, and it is obvious she leads with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Ms. Dru and Ms. Monique have had an immeasurable impact on my boys life. They loved him through his hardest days, celebrated his biggest accomplishments, encouraged his growth, and believed in him every step of the way. Their patience, compassion, and dedication helped shape him into the confident little boy he is today. We will forever be grateful for the love they poured into him. What impressed me just as much was that the care extended beyond his own classroom. Teachers who had never even been his teacher still knew him by name, stopped to ask him about his day, celebrated his successes, and made him feel like he belonged. That doesn't happen by accident, it speaks to the incredible culture Bright Horizons has built. I also had the privilege of being part of the Family Partnership Group (FPG), and it was one of my favorite parts of our experience. It gave parents the opportunity to support the teachers, connect with other families, and contribute to a community that genuinely values partnership. I also appreciate how Ms. Kelly thoughtfully transformed the school this year to a more authentic Montessori environment -- updating the furniture, toys, and curriculum. The teachers regularly share photos of the children's daily activities -- as a working parent, it always makes my day to see what my little one is doing while I'm on break. They are also very prompt and transparent when reporting any accidents, clearly explaining what happened, what steps were taken, and how my son was doing afterward. I also love that students wear uniforms, which gives a real sense of belonging and community. We liked the progressive rooms so the kids could be with others their own age, and we always felt comfortable that our children were safe. We found the daycare was also very accommodating and reasonable in working with us. There are also two playgrounds so the kids can play with others their age. You may not see the size of the outdoor playground areas from the front entrance so I'd recommend checking them out if you're touring when considering sending your little ones here. I quickly scanned some of the reviews on here and there's the typical Yelp mix of very happy reviews or complaints. I have to say that a few of the comments with complaints were people who toured but didn't actually attend the school and some reviews seem like they were meant for a different daycare as they do not align with what we saw firsthand over the last three years. After our positive experience, we'd recommend parents go tour the facility if they are looking for a daycare.

My mom, who has spent 40 years in education and childcare, toured the school with me. By the end, she simply said, "Nothing else we've seen compares to this. The decision is easy." She was right. Choosing CMP meant a longer drive for our family than several other schools we considered, but we knew it was worth making it work--and seven years and two children later, I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best decisions we've made for our kids. The campus itself is truly unmatched. Each age group has dedicated outdoor and playground spaces thoughtfully designed for their developmental stage, and the school has created so many different environments for children to explore and grow. Art, nature, STEAM, farm-to-table experiences, outdoor learning--the list goes on. There is so much intention behind how the campus is designed and how children experience it. But what has made CMP so special to us goes far beyond the campus. The teachers and staff have become like family. They have nurtured both of our children with so much love, patience, and genuine care. When we returned years later with our second child, they welcomed our entire family back with open arms. There is a feeling of warmth and community here that is difficult to put into words. It truly feels like home. As working parents, we have also deeply appreciated how reliable CMP has been. Compared with other preschools, they maintain an incredibly consistent schedule with very few non-holiday closures. That reliability matters enormously to families who depend on childcare. We saw that commitment firsthand during COVID, when safe, dependable childcare was especially critical for parents who, like us, were essential workers. We are so grateful to be a CMP family.
