I like everything about Panda Express. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. The prices are quite reasonable. All of the entrees appeal to me --except the extremely spicy ones. The option to order greens in lieu of rice is great. (Sometimes there is not a lot of variety but whatever one gets, it's tasty and green.) The display case is clean and bright; being able to see the dish before one orders is extremely important. Sometimes it results in making substitutions or adding extras because everything looks so good! I like their website and the opportunity to play a game to get extra points. Each order results in points that can accumulate and used to order items. My only disappointment: I'm sorry that delivery isn't available but perhaps that service will be added in the future. read more

Always fast service. For years now I always go to Panda Express when I'm craving Chinese food.

Food is very average. I don't see what all the hubbub is about. The shrimp are so small. They are mostly breading.

So we called in our order. Arrived at the location to find the food not ready. I stayed in the truck while my wife went inside. I watched 6 people complete their drive thru experience while we kept waiting. The manager was overwhelmed and none of the kids were doing their part. He made our order wrong twice and then the third time showed it to my wife to make sure it was correct. We got home to find out he had them put the wrong order on the bag! I told her from the start I didn't care for Panda Express but she convinced me to go. I will NEVER go back there. And the food was just ok. Buyer beware and check your orders. read more

I have been going here for quite some time and I have been pleased every single time. Tonight, however, I went through the drive thru with my sister and when I got passed the bag of goods, I felt some liquid on my lap. I open the bag to see orange chicken sauce covering both of my plate containers all over with a puddle of it all at the bottom smothering the utensils, etc. It made a huge mess and I'm thoroughly disappointed. We have given this location several opportunities to get it right since it is close to our house, but tonight is the last time. We either get shorted something, or they are within an hour of closing, with tons of people in drive-thru, and they are out of most of the menu. Well tonight they told us a 4 minute wait on an item and to get out of drive-thru and go around to door. After 20 minutes we went in and we are still waiting since 7:43 and it is now 8:10 and we finally got our food. If we are shorted when we get home I really give up on this location. You have been warned worst location ever and double check your order before you leave the parking lot! Well we did not get shorted but the item that was suppose to be a 4 minute wait was substituted. I have eaten at the East side Panda twice since it opened up for inside dining. I was impressed with my choices. I usually only get the beef and broccoli, which is always very good, but I decided to try the chicken and green beans. It was a great choice. I hadn't been to a Panda since before Covid and was pleased to see the addition of the extra greens. My husband had two of the beef entrees and he liked his choices too. Four stars with the understanding that it's a fast food Chinese restaurant. This particular location appears to be clean and well managed. True, you often have to wait as dishes run out, I get the impression that their equipment and scheduled staff struggle to keep up with demand at busy times, but they seem to stay positive, friendly, and do their best. I was told there was a slight delay on my order since the Mushroom Chicken was being made. Must have been because we came during lunch rush hour however I just had surgery and wanted panda. The food was off but I thought this was due to the time we had come the noodles were burnt andthe orange chicken had the appearance of old since the morning it was made. The surf and turf was really good. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the beef was juicy. Very friendly service and nice clean atmosphere with granite slab tables. Place was very busy, as expected around dinnertime, but when ordering the food was finished and I expected my total balance due for the food I was told "drive up to the window for your total". First strike. Waiting at the window for 8 minutes was second strike. Panda Express has excellent food, however I have been there a number of times in the past 6 months and they cannot seem to keep their menu current. I have been told , several times that they are out of a certain item, tonite it was the shrimp. Dissapointing especially when your looking forward to a certain item, perhaps they could put on the menu board that they are out of something rather than let me order and find out they do not have it.
