I went there today before going to watch a film in the nearby cinema. Bringing my lactase tablets along was worth it, the frozen custard was superb, I had the Oreo volcano, it was their flavor of the day. About that business model, I find it pretty cool to be introduced to new flavors out of your comfort zone. Now back to the meal I had the cod sandwich with added "deluxe toppings", I was not a fish fanboy but this sandwich changed that today, I have gained a lot of interest in sea food after that. Other than that I had their fries which was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was packed, the staff was friendly, and the air was that of a family diner, in a good way! Very over rated. Cheese curds are good but this a burger joint and they fail badly. My butter burger was with cheese and the patties were over cooked obviously made well in advance and dry with no taste. Very little meat. I will stick to Chili's for same price get a freshly made burger that has over twice as much meat. read more

This is a very good hamburger joint. I visited on Veteran's Day and they had a special for vets (free combo basket) which I appreciated. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. There's a large variety of burgers and sandwiches and their onion rings are the best...always fresh, never in old oil. Stopped in here to pick up an online order, after standing at the counter, at a register, for eight minutes, just to pick up a concrete, finally somebody acknowledged that I was there. There were like 9 to 12 employees standing behind the front counter and in the drive-through area. It did not appear that the store was busy. After watching two employees cash out their own meals between two different registers, finally somebody acknowledge that I was standing there, only for the order to be ready the entire time I was there. All but one employee were basically standing around talking, and one employee even went as far as to walk right past me and start looking at laminated paperwork Behind the mobile pick up shelf. When I asked the employee, if the order was ready the entire time I was standing there (eight minutes), she said, "yeah it's been ready for a while," but didn't apologize when I told her it was disappointing that nobody could even acknowledge me standing there waiting, a foot away from the register, for eight minutes. read more

One of our favorites. However, they need to work on the accuracy of carry out orders. Just picked up a $70 order, and when we got home we'rmissing our chicken tenders. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this Culver's location, particularly with the staff! Everyone I have ever interacted with there has been kind, happy, and helpful. If there was ever a problem with my order, simply asking an employee to help always quickly resolved the issue. Delicious food (considering it's fast food) and an enjoyable place to eat in or take out! I highly recommend the caramel cashew sundae - you cannot beat it. I'm not a big fast food fan, but I like Culver's. Service is friendly, food is fresh and they have cheese curds! There hamburgers seem higher quality than most fast food and they have great chicken and fish options. This was a great quick lunch for the family on the road. My daughter and I both tried the pub pretzel cheddar burger: a fresh tasting pretzel bun with sliced cheddar, cheese sauce and mustard/horseradish sauce ( surprisingly good), bacon, and pickled onions. I'm not sure I get the attraction. Not having grown up with Culver's might be the issue for me. Got the basic cheese, I liked the crust on the burger, but it was dried out. A touch of salt and pepper would be nice. But I know corporate. I Liked the red onions, and have to admit the burger was better than the arch's or the king, but didn't blow my doors off. My son and I are regulars here and always have a great meal. Employees are friendly (and the managers are visibly working as hard as the rest of the staff!) and helpful. Food is fresh and fast and we, of course, love the frozen custard. It does get busy at times and the location isn't ideal due to all of the traffic to WalMart but it's worth the hassle! read more

So much cleaner and well organized than the one in Fort Atkinson that I recently visited. Great for our group of 4 adults and 2 kiddos. The cashier had plenty of patience with our two indecisive children and even offered them half and half chocolate and vanilla when the kids couldn't decide. read more

Decided to try out their fish sandwiches. They are made with wonderful big pieces of cod and were not greasy like other fast food joints. The size and price of the sandwich was fine. My only complaint was they were rather bland. Something was definitely missing...a pickle, maybe some extra tartar sauce. The fries were very tasty. I USED TO LOVE coming here for concrete mixers and always loved the chocolate PB cup mixer. Lately I've been going and every time I leave with a goopy, barely even ice cream consistency (so definitely not custard). I ask the workers why its so runny, and every time they claim their machine is not working properly. Call a repairman or get a new machine. I shouldn't have to pay 5$ for a cup of chocolate milk. read more
