The gentleman with the back brace cooking on 12/24 around 2:45pm was painfully slow. His body language couldn't have been more clear that he just didn't care at all. There were several items that were low or out and it appeared like every time a request for an item was called out he would get a little more irritated and get sloppier and slower. You could tell the rest of the staff was frustrated and didn't really know what to do and it seemed pretty clear that leadership wasn't around or didn't know what to do to push for a better turn around from the kitchen. We've always ordered from the Panda closer to our house but they were closed tonight. We ordered here, and lesson learned, we probably won't be back. Of the four of us, 3/4 had errors to our carry-out order. Reminded me of the quarantine days...food was Luke warm, things were missing. My husband's big plate even asked about our son's drink (not knowing I got him a Sprite), and was told there was a juice in the bag (note/the receipt showed we ordered a Sprite). Got home, opened the bag, no drink and no apples for the kid. Mine was missing 1/2 of my side, my husband was missing 1/2 of his side, and he got some beef entree when we ordered chicken. I don't speak up often, but after a long road trip day, and you just want to sit down and relax...getting your food order all wrong doesn't help. read more

I've heard amazing things about Panda Express so thought I'd finally give it a try. It was awful. Noodles were dry and rice was hard. Every chicken dish we got was fried which is totally fine but I swear there was not one actual piece of chicken it was all batter fried. The beef was chewy. Overall I will not be back. So disappointe. I ordered an Uber Eats order from here several months ago. It was perfect. Food was hot and portions were great and the food was delicious. So I ordered today. Yuck. Had to throw out half of it. The eggroll tasted like reheated garbage. The portion of the broccoli beef had three tiny piece of beef? If that. The grilled chicken had to be lab meat. seriouosy. It did not resemble chicken at all. The orange chicken and the chow mein were all we ate. The rest was tossed. I am most upset about how much this cost me and that it had to be thrown out. I work too hard and this was supposed to be a treat. I very rarely order food like this. Panda Express totally failed today And this had nothing to do with the Uber driver. Plus I wanted a double serving. Then he goes to the back of the kitchen where they do dishes and talks to a older hispanic lady. She comes out saying "everythings fresh" and in my head, im thinking... If I could I would give 0 stars. I ordered the sweet fire chicken with fried rice. The rice was so dry. The chicken had zero flavor and was so dry. It tasted like they left the chicken on the burner for too long and it dried up all of the glaze and became dried out. I have been to other Panda Express restaurants and have ordered the same exact thing and it was delicious. This place is ridiculous. Plus it's all kids running it and you can tell because they could care less about service. I will never come back here. read more

Attempted to order food in the drive thru tonight. I pulled up to order after the car in front of me was finished. The gentleman on the other end stated he would be with me in 1 minute. Every time I have been at this location, 4-5 times now, the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The cashier on my last visit, Sebastian, was hilarious and he had amazing energy. The eating area was clean and the food was delicious. Right after I got done shopping in the Prairie Center I had a last minute decision of the fast foods around that area before heading home and the family voted for Panda Express. They hooked it up with extra chicken and shrimp for me and the wife and kid were satisfied with their meals. Paid in cash for my meals, and the kid at the drive through shorted us change. Mind you the money is not mine, it's a sick relatives so it's not my money to hand back incorrectly. When we asked for the correct change he told us to come around so they can find the register key. My husband went inside and they told him the manager is on Break and has the key so he has to wait 10 minutes. Despite bad reviews, we had a very positive experience. The food was good. But even better was the customer service. We ordered the cream cheese wontons - and because we had to wait 1.5 mins on fresh ones to be made - we were given two free drinks and a free extra order of wontons.
