Everything was good from start to finish. We used online check-in, service was good, and the food came out great.

Don't get me wrong, it wasn't dirty or unkempt in any way, but it had that old, hole-in-the-wall kind of feel that can either be a good thing or a bad thing. Well, it was a good thing. I'm so glad I gave this place the benefit of the doubt! The server (Jamiee, I think) was very friendly and attentive. I love Mexican food, and I'm kinda picky when it comes to the little things like sauces, chips, guacamole, salsa, etc. For me, that's usually a pretty good barometer for how the rest of the food is going to be. I ordered chips, salsa, and a side of guacamole to start. The chips were homemade, and soooo freaking good -- thick and crunchy, but still had a light texture. The guacamole was absolutely top shelf -- creamy but not runny, and just the perfect amount of spices, tomatoes and onions. The salsa had a decent kick, but nothing crazy. It was really good, if not a smidge on the runny side. The star of the show here was the smothered burrito. I ordered mine with carne asada. The sucker was huge, and loaded to the rim of the plate with a green chile sauce that was just, well, ridiculous. The melty cheese on top, with tomatoes, lettuce, and a respectable dollop of sour cream on the side, was a full-on party for my tastebuds. Why the 4 stars then, and not 5, you might ask? Well, the carne asada was a bit too charred for my liking. Just a few too many crispy/crunchy pieces for it to be perfect. The chunks that weren't crispy were super tender though. I just wanted more of that. Got a mango shake to go, made with hand-scooped ice cream (not soft serve). It tasted good but blended way too long, to the point of being runny. If I lived anywhere near here, I would 100% go back, not even a question.

He also made something special for me, which that just doesn't happen anywhere! The person who served us ended up being the gentleman who owned the place I think he's got a great thing going for the people of Brighton, aCO & the surrounding areas! If you live far,it's well worth the drive!! I would recommend the Grill on Main St. because it was so extremely delicious! And we were beyond satisfied & loved the atmosphere & the desserts, too! I've now even ordered it for delivery & the portion sizes are huge!! With very high quality ingredients! I received information from the DoorDash driver that he was stuck in traffic. I understood, did not have a problem with that at all as it was rush hour and people were heading home from work, this continued on for about an hour until he had to cancel my order because he was not able to get to me. I called Dions and let them know the situation. The manager informed me to place my order again and they would get it sent out right away and refund me for my previous order. I messaged the new driver, letting him know there was traffic and to maybe take a different route. Unfortunately, he did not get the message in time and ended up being stuck in the same traffic and had to do the same thing... cancel my order. I called Dions, not upset with the situation because life happens! I just wanted to make sure that I would get refunded for both orders. The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind. This is absolutely going above and beyond and I am truly grateful for that!! I will 1 million percent return and recommend everyone to this location!!! Well done, Dions!!! You have an amazing manager and amazing staff running that business!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The restaurant sits in the heart of a busy retail and dining hub, making it easy to find and conveniently surrounded by other businesses. Walking in, we were immediately impressed by the décor and the overall atmosphere. There is a viewing platform where kids can watch the cooks preparing pizzas, and from the dining area, you can see the full kitchen and the coordinated movements of the team as they prepare pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. You order at a counter, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Since it was our first visit, we asked for recommendations, and they were happy to oblige. We ended up ordering the Napoli pizza on the original hand-stretched crust. I ordered the lemonade, which turned out to be an outstanding recipe. I'd dare say it might give Chick-fil-A a run for its money as my favorite lemonade. The pizzas take about 18-20 minutes to prepare, so plan accordingly. Knowing that everything is made fresh and seeing just how busy the restaurant was, I was completely fine with the wait. The kitchen is well-staffed, and everyone is clearly working hard, so you can tell they're moving as quickly as possible without cutting corners. , The pizza itself was excellent, generously topped, with a great balance of cheese that complemented rather than overwhelmed the other ingredients. The crust was the perfect thickness with a wonderful flavor. I actually found myself looking forward to eating the outer edges as I finished each slice.
