We went in last night and were very disappointed. Most of the food we got had barely any flavor. Specifically the chow main and teriyaki chicken! We came in to use the monthly reward and when telling the cashier we had that she seemed to roll her eyes like it was so much extra work for her. We noticed couple behind us used a kids coupon and the cashier treated them the same way. It's not very inviting. Maybe they should teach their staff how customer service works. I'd also like to add the counters were very sticky and floors definitely needed to be cleaned up. I am a DoorDasher and I picked up an order that had three drinks involved in that, I had asked for a drink carrier and they do not have drink carriers. Why are they selling the drinks to online orders when they cannot give you a drink carrier to be able to deliver your drinks to a customer. My husband went to get some Panda Express. He was furious when he got home. He stated the young girl who helped him was horrible. He asked for the senior discount and was told there isn't one. Really? Every Panda Express we go to has one. He order two meals and got one sauce. He said she rolled her eyes and he had to ask for a manager to get the discount and the extra sauces. I don't live in the area so this isn't my own neighborhood restaurant but I & several members of my family really like the fare at Panda Express so I have sampled several locations. The process of ordering online is the reason I reduced their stars to four, though I realize that is more of a corporate problem. The reason I wanted to give a review is that once I was able to place my order, everything was smooth sailing... the estimate for when the food would be ready was right on. As I walked up to the door, I was SOOOO glad I had ordered online!! They were SO busy but when I got to the register, my food was ready, the cashier acknowledged me quickly and verified my identity and I was out the door quickly!! I was very pleased when we got to the house and started serving the food... it was all cooked VERY WELL and I was quite pleased with the quality. Yes, like everything else, it's not cheap, but I will absolutely be pleased to make a return visit when I am again in this area. read more

I've been here several times. Every time I come here I am even more impressed by just how horrible this place is. The servers have been increasingly rude every visit. They stop serving food items over an hour before close. The first couple of times I tried giving the girl the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was having a bad day and was taking out her bad time on me and the other customers around, however after the 3rd and final visit, I just chock it up to poor manners and bad demeanor. The overall ambiance is dirty too. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Food is gross here compared to other Panda Express's and the service is legendarily poor. Avoid if possible. I want to acknowledge the kindness and generosity Lilliana had tonight for me upon arriving at the location. It appeared that the place was closing up and there was minimal options left since the store only had 30 minutes before closing. I was merely seconds away from driving away before Lilliana approached my vehicle and purposely walked out of the restaurant to take my order regardless of the fact that they were closing. I could tell this act caused a bit of frustration from the employees but Lilliana stood her ground and made me fresh chicken and chow mein. If I could've I would've left a 20 percent tip but I was unable to since they don't allow tipping. Online ordering is a joke. We placed an order that was supposed to be ready by 610 PM and didn't get our food until 630 PM. Granted they were busy for the dinner rush, but they were so unorganized and the reason they were backed up is because they were prioritizing the people walking up over fulfilling the online orders. On top of all of that they messed up our order and gave us orange chicken instead of beef broccoli. By that point we were over it, so we didn't try to get it fixed. Food is always burnt or oil soaked because oil wasn't hot enough. They also never send utensils or condiments. I came in tonight to get 6 meals. The worker kept saying this is bullshit and other ridiculous things under her breath about it and rolling her eyes. She was trying to make the fried rice stretch when there was plenty. If I'm going to pay $7+ for a meal I want what I pay for. Please work on your customer service. If I could, I wouldn't even give this place one star. Not to mention my boyfriend talked got the manager and she was completely unbothered. She just offered to have another worker serve us but sadly all the workers there have poor attitudes when it comes to helping their customers. I will not be returning back to this location.
