Pretty standard for Panda. This location is inside the Miracle Mile shops on the second floor and was easy to find. We stopped here since we wanted something cheap and quick and Panda was perfect. Service was terrible! The girl that took my order was rude & did not listen to my complete order. She was yo busy trying to hurry me through the line which resulted in me not getting my egg rolls or my crab Rangoons . DO NOT ORDER the Teriyaki chicken way under cooked & grossly fatty. Honestly I'm surprised for their three star ratings because this is the best Panda Express I ever had. I have traveled to Vegas multiple times a year, and I always always get panda at least one time per trip. What's my favorite: 1. Kung pao chicken - must order. Usually I got two kung pao chicken and rice. Simple as that. I feel full and satisfied all the time with this combo. 2. Chow Mian - this is great for noodle lover. 3. Orange chicken - classic panda dish, this store did a much better job. The food tastes a lot better than other locations such as LA, Nee York, Chicago, and PA. Why do I know? This Panda Express is inside the miracle mile shops. The atmosphere is quiet and laidback, away from the crowds. The food was fresh and hot, no problems whatsoever. I have to say this is one of my disappointing experiences with Panda Express. The amount of chicken they gave me in the bowl is sad. When I asked for more, the lady told me it would be an extra $1.50. After paying that extra amount, I was paying the same amount as I would've paid if I bought a plate!! This is the WORST Panda Express I have ever been to. I spent over $100 on an order to be delivered through door dash. My food almost an hour late. The containers inside the bags were on their sides leaking all over the place. There was an appetizer and an entree missing completely. I specifically requested chopsticks, utensils, and plates... none of which were included in the bag. I was so frustrated because I was staying at a hotel across the street. I walked over to demand some utensils and was told that they didn't give out plates and utensils for free!!! Located on the strip inside the Planet Hollywood walkway stores. Keep in mind, it's part of the walkway stores and NOT part of the mall inside PH. There is another one in there. This one is open later, however, the later you go the less fresh the food is. Portions are smaller than what you get at your neighborhood Panda and because it's on the strip, prices are higher. Very fast and efficient as I work nearby and only have a small period of time for lunch. They give out pretty good portions and will let you taste anything you want. When we approached the register this small skinny old Asian lady was very demanding and rushing us to pay (wasn't grateful and didn't make us feel welcome) After i paid my dad asked for extra sauce (We ordered 6 plates and only gave us like 4 packets.) We stayed here in Vegas for four days. The food was amazing, something for everyone and the service was awesome from Sunny.

I don't understand how it says they are open till 2am. I walked to this place from Bellagio where I work because I was literally craving this all day. I get to the restaurant at 8:41 pm & the doors are locked. I see a bunch of employees in there and they're telling me it's closed from a far. I was really upset. The least they could've done is came to the door and given me an explanation or guided me to the Panda Express inside the miracle mile shop which is about 3 minutes in walking distance. (I didn't know there was another Panda Express inside the casino till just now when I looked through yelp for their times) I wouldn't have mind walking inside for that. THANK YOU for giving me the opportunity to explain my experience with Panda Express! This may seem like a long story but I must tell it this way! After spending approximately 6 hours in the emergency room with my husband, he was released. We were both hungry. We live over near West Craig Rd. We left the hospital at Tenaya Way and headed back toward home. I purchased my husband a meal and I wanted Panda Express. I have a limited diet and I am also gluten free, So it turns out that both Panda Express on West Craig were closed. I got on my phone to google the panda express locations to see who was open at that time. I found a Panda Express in the Red Rock Casino so I drove there which it took approximately 25 minutes. Upon my arrival in the parking lot of the casino I called inside to see if they were still open and the lady stated to me that they were in the process of closing, and I would not have time to park and come inside!! OMG!! NOW....I am so hungry still and getting even more frustrated!! I said to my husband I am going to find me some Panda Express so I decided to call another store which was located on the Las Vegas Blvd Strip! When I called I spoke with a very nice lady named BRITTNY! BRITTNY explained to me that they were still open and that there was also one located in front of the Mandalay Bay! This was going to work better for me due to the fact that, I walk with a cane and I did not want to get out and walk through the casino to get there, so she told me that it was on the ground and I could just drive up to the door! So I proceeded to travel on the 215 Highway to the strip!! I was so tired but I wanted my food!!! As I arrived on the strip, time was winding down again, and I arrived in front of the Panda Express across from the Mandalay Bay Casino, I got out of the car and there they were cleaning up and the door was LOCKED!!!!! OMG!!!! OMG!!! So I said ok here we go again!! I decided to call again and I spoke this time with a man and he said they were located between Walgreens on the Strip and Planet Hollywood! So I said ok I am on my way there!! As I traveled the Las Vegas Strip the traffic was so heavy and I was so disgusted once again!!! I got in front of the Walgreens and the Planet Hollywood and could not find the way to drive in and park!!! OMG!!! OMG!!!! OMG!!! I finally found the drive in part after driving around a long block to get to where the Valet was located. I asked the Valet to please just watch my car with my Husband inside while I run inside to get my food and come right back out!! He said ok!! So off I go inside, take the escalator to the second floor and get to the Panda Express and low and behold they are CLOSED!!!!!!! I SAID CLOSED!!!!! The staff inside are waving me away saying we are CLOSED!!! I am now SICK!!! At this point, I decided to get on the phone standing in front of the door and called the last number that I had dialed and I got an answer from this same young lady again who I had spoken too earlier from leaving the Red Rock Casino...BRITTNY!!!! Well she told me that I was not far from their store and they were in the process of getting ready to close too, she also said their food was low! BRITTNY stated to me that she would be happy to take my order over the phone and she would also be happy to come out and meet me and bring me to the store where they are located!!!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!! I am so happy now and she placed another person on the line who took my order, BRITTNY told me to wait there and she would come get me!!!! I could not believe this!!!! I waited, BRITTNY came and walked me to her store!!! They gave me a free drink and after I paid for my food BRITTNY stated that she would walk me back to the Panda Express inside Planet Hollywood, to assure that I did not get lost going back, this is because she actually took me in through the back way!! I have taken the time to right this review only because I am SO GRATEFUL to BRITTNY for her kindness and her willingness to go over, above and beyond the call of duty to offer me the VERY BEST customer service that I think I have ever received!!! BRITTNY should be awarded EMPLOYEE of the MONTH or something from PANDA EXPRESS!!! I ordered enough food to eat for two days!!!!!!! LOL!!!!! I left the strip so happy, and as I look back on all I went through just to get some "PANDA EXPRESS" WOW!!!!!!!!! It must have been important to me!!! No I am not PREGNANT either!!! LOL!!!
