Teriyaki Madness was one of the best meals I had during my trip to Las Vegas. Out of all the places I ate, this is the restaurant I keep thinking about--and I really wish we had one in California. A special shoutout to Angel, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain the menu and helped me choose the best option for what I was looking for. The portions were generous, the quality was excellent, and I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. I placed an order for pick up on their website and they were missing 2 items in our order. It was about 10:45pm Saturday night when we picked up so by the time we got back to the hotel and realized the order was missing items, they were no longer picking up the phone (it was 2 minutes after closing when we tried calling them). We double back the next morning around 11am (it was a Sunday and they were supposed to be open at 10am) and to my surprised they were just randomly closed (no note on door or anything). We never got the missing cookies that were part of our order. As for the food that we did get, it was only mediocre- they didn't give us any katsu sauce for the chicken katsu and the steak teriyaki was on the dry side. This place is always clean when we come by. The food is always great. We share a double protein bowl and it's enough for two people. The fried rice is really good and they have a few options for protein. We always get the orange chicken. Recommend adding more Teriyaki Sauce which is on every table along with Sriracha. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They have a lot of locations but this can get busy since it's close to the strip. I decided to order the Spicy Chicken with fried rice and it was a decision I did not regret! The staff was super quick to get these meals made and before you know it the food was in front of us. The Spicy Chicken was delicious and full of great flavour while not being too spicy either. The fried rice below it turned out to be really good as well and thanks to the spicy chicken juice getting all over the rice, it got even better! Overall, Teriyaki Madness was a great place to get some dinner. I wasn't sure what to expect, Teriyaki Madness is in a humble strip mall across the street from the Virgin where I am staying. As I walked in, the customers that were exiting appeared to be fat and happy. Plus, it appeared to be well kept by friendly staff. One of whom recommended the Spicy Chicken Bowl. I chose the medium sized bowl and it was a BIG portion of spicy chicken on top of crisp (not soggy overcooked) vegetables that were delicious all by themselves. The chicken and vegetables sat on top of steamed white rice. They offer steamed brown rice as well as fried rice. Noodles are available too. Anyhow, this casual, little restaurant in a humble strip mall served me a lunch that was about as perfect as I could have wished. I am here for a few more days and want to return for more.
