I was stoked to check this place out but quickly became disappointed throughout our visit. I thought that a Gordon Ramsay restaurant would be absolitely top notch, but a quick lunch visit showed me that perhaps not all GR spots live up to the hype. The ambiance here is nice. The restaurant is big. AC is great. Decor is spot on, and seating is comfortable. Plus, they have their own bathrooms, which is a win in Vegas. Our server seemed like it may have been his first day on planet Earth. He seemed extremely confused the entire time. It made for a confusing and interesting experience on the service side of things. I asked for ranch and never got it. We only got 1 water refill. Just very mid service. The burgers we ordered were ok, but for $30 they just didn't live up to the hype. The meat quality was good, but the buns were dry, and the toppings weren't anything special. It was more of a $15-20 burger dressed up with a Gordon Ramsay toothpick. The fries were just plain bad. This is the second Ramsay restaurant I've been to and as usual the service was spot on. Everyone was so friendly and made dining here a great experience. Not once did we feel like they were breathing down our backs. Everyone on service seemed tight knit which I love to see in a restaurant. Our server Claire was especially amazing, she really took care of us. We got the wagyu burger and the blue cheese burger and both were exceptional. We are celebrating an anniversary and so we splurged on the wagyu and on the pink drink. I highly recommend it! Ambiance is posh british diner. Good vibes all around. When I tell you I had low expectations and didn't think any burger would be worth $30, I was completely wrong! This place exceeded my expectations in terms of food quality and service. We made a reservation and were seated right away. Our server Danny was great! Super friendly and quick with his service. He recommended the chicken wings as apps and Hell's Kitchen burger which we got. We also got the idiot sandwich burger (off the menu). The burger/sandwich did take a while to come out but our chicken wings came out quickly. The buffalo wings had a unique twist to them. We tasted the buffalo sauce but it had like an Asian sweet chili zing to it; really good and addicting. The wings also had substantial meat in them and they had a nice texture to them..juicy and moist but crispy on the outside. The Hell's Kitchen burger was hands-down the best burger I've ever eaten and I'm a burger connoisseur. The avocado cilantro sauce that came in the burger made it! The patty itself was flavorful and juicy, cooked medium perfectly. Everything was tasty! The idiot sandwich was a braised short rib meat I think and it came with melted cheese. This sandwich was super rich and flavorful and almost too rich for my liking. The first few bites were good but the more I ate, the richer/fattier it began to taste. It's just an extremely rich and decadent sandwich. Overall, it was a very delicious sandwich. I will definitely be coming back to try different burgers here! A few friends and I stopped in after a long day at the Tao Day club. Let's just say that a tasty burger and fries is exactly what we needed. We didn't have a reservation and it took about 20 minutes to get a table which wasn't bad. The inside definitely plays into the entire theme, think sports bar meets Hell's Kitchen. The service was good and everyone was friendly. I ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger which came with roasted jalapeños and tomatoes and a spicy aioli. The burger was not spicy by any means. I also ordered my burger medium but it came out medium rare. I was so hungry I didn't bother sending it back. The fries were pretty basic but the ranch was good that I asked for on the side. The beef is seasoned well and juicy. We like to come here for the shakes! After walking and getting our steps in, it's nice to relax from the heat, get a dessert, and an ice cream shake is perfect on a hot afternoon. Gordon Ramsay Burger Is the 2nd iteration in Las Vegas. This location is inside the Flamingo and it's spacious and nicely decorated with a British flair throughout. We sat at the bar which was nice because they had the work cup games on. The burger selection was vast and I ordered the southwest burger and it was absolutely fantastic, I had upgraded my regular fries to truffle fries, but they were cold and flimsy. Hit this up after an event (Sunday at like 8). We did have to wait about 30 min as walk ins but considering most other spots on the strip that night required reservations and there were none it wasn't that bad. We weren't expecting to EAT but man did we grub. Portions were gigantic and the food was really tasty. The fish and chips were a knockout - lemon and dill, it felt "light" but for sure was NOT. The chili dog was GIGANTIC and so sloppy in the best way. The milkshake was a standout, but I would qualify this as a sundae not a milkshake. The restaurant is pretty nice for the new location. I can't recall the interior of the Planet Hollywood location but it's dimly lit inside and has date night/game night vibes. There are TVs on all the wall and at the Our server, Marie, came to our table right after and was super friendly and nice. She gave us water right away and she also took our order pretty quickly too. I got the Hells Kitchen burger and lavender lemonade (mocktail bc I'm sober) and my boyfriend got the Blue Cheeseburger. Mine was really good and flavorful while his had a smokey flavor. I came back to Gordon Ramsay Burger on another Vegas trip (the one inside Flamingo Las Vegas, not Planet Hollywood Las Vegas). This location feels bigger and more spread out. The layout is more open, and it seems to run at a slightly different pace. As for the menu, it seems there are small differences between locations. Core staples like the Hell's Kitchen Burger are consistent, but certain specialty burgers, sides, or drinks seem to vary by property. The Flamingo location may have less selection compared to Planet Hollywood. There was a burger that I wanted (forgot the name) that I didn't see. Service here was ok but noticeably slower versus my previous visit. In my experience, the Planet Hollywood spot tends to serve faster. That said, the burgers are still very good, juicy, well-seasoned, and reliably satisfying. It's still one of my favorite burger joints on the Strip, and the Flamingo location is conveniently a little farther north, which makes it slightly less chaotic than the center-Strip crowds. read more

I didn't pay much attention to the decor, but I did like how much spacing there was between tables. A lot of restaurants squeeze as many tables into a space as possible, making the experience suffocating. Not this place. I felt like we had privacy even though we were surrounded by people. For my meal, I had the Backyard burger with regular fries. I liked this burger a lot and mainly because of its simplicity. It's got a thick burger patty, tomatoes, onions, American cheese, and sweet pickles. They offer to cook it medium or well done. That's it. No sauce. I liked that I could actually taste the burger patty. I also liked that it was not greasy or messy as I ate it. The burger maintained its structural integrity almost until the last bite. The best thing about this place is the service. I've got to say that Robert provided the best service I've received at a restaurant in quite some time. The guy was super nice and pleasant. He checked up on us a lot. He proactively refilled my drink without me asking. He even provided us a little hand drawn picture of himself thanking us. I can't recall our server's name but he was fantastic! He was very attentive and always checked on us and made sure we had our water cups refilled. I got a boozy shake and it was so yummy!! Lots of whipped cream and delicious sweetness. I opted for onion rings with my burger and it was so good. They were crispy and with real onion inside. The burger itself was yummy too but super filling. If you have a smaller appetite, you can probably share the meal with a friend. As I entered the premises off the vicious, unforgiving, malicious streets of Las Vegas Blvd, I walked into a briskly temperate, delightfully ocular, and breathtakingly auricular environment that is provided by Gordon Ramsay Burger; I quickly joined the queue to receive a delicately crafted, intimately carved table accompanied with freshly sewn leather, plush, deep royal blue seats. Anyway. I was given a brief 20 minute wait time-- which was cut short nearly immediately when a wonderful host expressed that our deep oak, firmly planted, chocolatey brown table with our plush, blue leather seats was ready. Anyway. We sat down. The menu cover was incredible. A fresh, leather cover with brief, punctual text. Anyway. I ordered Gordon Ramsay's Southwestern Burger with just fries. Wow. Anyway. When it first came out, I saw it. The appealingly freshly toasted bun with freshly picked produce from the plentiful garden and freshly butchered and cooked beef. This was all alleged, however. Anyway. I took a bite. Then it hit me. When I was a young boy, I was playing outside in the garden. Suddenly, a vicious dog--foreshadowing the fierce streets of Las Vegas Blvd S--came upon me and began to snarl and bark at me. Scared for my life, I retreated to the beautiful, tall, lush, old, grand, plush, velvety, deep green tree that was in our yard. I began to climb the tree, which was easily 50 feet tall. As an inexperienced climber at this point-- on the sunny, bright blue day that dawned over me at the infant young age of 7, I was unable to successfully climb the tree. Anyway. I fell down the fifty feet and landed promptly in front of the vicious dog. Crying, I ran inside. At this point, I saw it. The beautifully crafted, plush cheeseburger that was wonderfully and expertly crafted by my mother. First, I tasted the freshly baked bread, I could taste the kneading that went into combining the freshly milled flour--from wheat at my best friend's field-- combined with the freshly filtered water, filtered from the town's local water tower (which my best friend's father's coworker single-handedly built upon settlement of our town.. but let's not stray from the topic.) and lastly, the freshly ground cave salt from the local mine shaft, managed by my sister's best friend's dog sitter, who was quite the fellow. Anyway. I then tasted the produce, freshly grown from my mother's garden. Fertilized by fresh organic waste and seasoned daily with fresh herbs and spices that came from my local farmers market--which occurs once every spring on the second Thursday. Anyway. The beefy patty-- which came from my childhood cow, who was raised for a proximal 40 years before he liberally passed away on the plush, green field in our very own back yard. Anyway. Back to the restaurant. I vividly tasted those very delicious hints that I just expressed. The freshly baked seaseme seed bun-- the fresh, perfectly sweet vegetables (with a special mention for the lettuce, which was the softest, most delightful--absent of cyclospora-- lettuce I had ever tasted). Anyway. The beef, which was perfectly seasoned and wonderfully medium pink in the center, and the INCREDIBLE cheese-- which was likely made in house by the experienced chefs.
