I hate writing reviews but this was the saddest excuse for takeout I have experienced in years. Both the beef dish and the rice tasted like they had been cooked hours ago. Portions were set up as I ordered fried rice with a side of beef whatever. I had the (incorrect) understanding they use real ingredients and it is freshly prepared. Well that is a lie. Bad. Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes. Got stuck in the line because people were behind me and I couldn't escape. When I got home 10 minutes later and tried to eat my food, I couldn't. I ended up throwing my food away and making a frozen dinner. It tasted much, much better. I was excited about the Panda Express opening because I've eaten here in the past and it's been ok. I'm always interested in places with drive throughs because it keeps me from having to unload two small children to order take out. Sadly, this place is a huge disappointment. Panda Express is becoming one of my stand by places to get a decent meal while traveling. The food is pretty consistent. Fresh, prepared well, and tasty. You get fairly large portions at reasonable a price. Usually I would give them 4 stars. This particular shop gets 3 because it was not up to the usual freshness. Some of the dishes were a bit on the soggy side. I understand when they are not experiencing heavy traffic, throwing out of of their dishes is probably very costly. I ordered online. If you have ordered online then you know that all of the entree options are not available. On my past orders, I would place my order in the store and tell them what I want. But I was told by 1 of the employees to write in the notes instead. So that's what I did on my most recent visit. When I arrived to make sure they see the note I left, I was told they did not have teriyaki chicken because their grill was not working. I contemplated for a minute on something else to get but didn't like anything else I tasted so I chose to get a refund. The employee asked the manager, Jesus, to speak with me, he came over and I told him my problem. He said he couldn't give me a refund in store because I ordered online. I understood that. He said he can cancel the order and the funds would return to my card. I was fine with that. I waited for about five minutes because I thought he was going to come back with a receipt so I asked the employee if I can get a receipt, saying my order was canceled & my refund is being processed. She left to ask him and came back to tell me they don't have a receipt to give me. I asked for something in writing then just in case my money is not returned back to my card and I have no proof. She left and came back, said ok he's working on it. I waited for about 15 minutes. Finally, I asked her again and he came out a few minutes later. He said my receipt should be in my email. I asked for a gift card or something for wasting my time for me driving way over there and them not having what I ordered and waiting on him to bring out a simple handwritten receipt. Then he proceeds to say "you didn't order teriyaki chicken, you ordered green bean chicken. Our grill is broken, that's why teriyaki chicken entree wasn't activated." At this point, I was living because EVEN WHEN THE GRILL IS WORKING, TERIYAKI CHICKEN AND LOTS OF OTHER ENTREES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO SELECT IN THE APP. I said that to him and that I am a frequent customer, and 1 of his employees told me to order my food by typing in the notes. He says that is wrong way and proceeds to tell me that teriyaki chicken wasn't there as enter selection because their grill isn't working. I was highly upset because he attempted to blow smoke up my a**. So I left angrily and told him I was calling corporate. I have to say..we won't be back. It was around 4:00....not busy...ordered our food both had Chow Main as side, it was not even warm...it tasted like they pulled it out of the refrigerator , threw it in a large warm pan and dumped it out front for the public to eat, it was awful. The food is always good, but the drive thru ALWAYS takes too long. Last night it took us 30 minutes to get our food bc the car in front of us had a 50$ order which they let sit in the window for 15 min. Then we pull Up and we had to go park the car and wait for another 15 minutes. When they finally came to the car they didn't offer to pay, give us a gift card, throw in some extra egg roles. The food is always great here. But, what set this place apart for me was one of the staff members. I am not sure his title but he was in his way out for his shift being over. As he was driving off, there was a pile a trash that one of the customers rudely left. The staff member stopped his vehicle and cleaned it up before he hauled off. It was just showing that he cared about his place of employment. You just don't see that often. read more

I ordered my food via doordash at 8:32, which was well before closing. Panda Express canceled my order 6 minutes after my dasher arrived to pick it up at which was at 8:43. If you have doordash set up to receive orders after your cutoff time then this needs to be fixed on your end not canceling a customers product 11 minutes after it's been ordered. This is terrible customer service. I should have given my business elsewhere if I was to be treated in such a way. read more

My husband and I decided to try PE today. There was not a line and the food was very good (and hot). We both ordered one side with two entrees. With drinks (and an egg roll and crab Rangoon) the cost was $22. We will be back. read more

I moved here from Atlanta and was a BIG fan of Panda Express. I was excited to see them open one here. Boy, was I disappointed for several reasons. Service thru the drive in was awful, extremely slow even with minimum or no other customers. Portions were smaller. They used to give you the entree in the large opening of the take out box but started giving you the side in the large area and your entree in the two smaller areas. Then they reduced the size of the take out box, reducing even further the amount of food you get. I wrote the headquarters by email, complaining mostly about the drive thru service. They responded by emailing that if I sent them my email address, they would send me a coupon. They sent this request for my email to my email! How stupid is that? Poor customer service! Tried to order several times - employees were not attentive and had to redirect / repeat order several times. Had coupon for 3rd entree free - they threw coupon away and rang up at full price. No management to be found. THIS PLACE SUCKS for customer experience - probably an awesome place to work...ignore customers, charge them what you want and do what you want. Won't be back!!! Hopefully, they'll go out of business and be replaced by something else that recognizes the customer is why they exist. read more

The food is generally great; however, around about 9 o clock, they stop making food when they don't close until 10. It's happened numerous times.. whenever they say they're out, sometimes they say they can make it and sometimes they don't offer to at all. First visit. Food was fresh and hot. I had the bbq chicken with bacon...it was pretty good. I would return just for that. fried rice and spring roll was good as well, but we had to wait for the fried rice to be cooked. Line server lady was very nice and helpful. When the fried rice was delivered to the table, the young black female employee threw it down abruptly on the table on her way out the door...thank you too...i understand its just fast food, but manners are manners, fast or not. Had a special promo code i was using for a pick up order. Went in and waited for the customers in-line to finish, mean while an employee came over asked if i needed something. I told him i had a pick-up order. He didn't say much walked away...came back then asked for my name. The cashier was now finishing up and turned to look at what the other workers were doing in the kitchen area....looked back at me and got my name again. As she went to grab my order i over heard a couple employees talking in the kitchen. One man was very negative about the 2-day promotion that had just started. He complained about ppl receiving the deal on their food. It was very off setting...not something that makes me want to go back. I had the intentions of coming again because the restaurant itself smelled delicious and the food looked good and seemed priced well. However with what i heard and have discovered through other reviews and a personal friends encounter. I will most likey not go to this location. Theres a high chance it was the manager i over heard...as my friend had a negative encounter with him as well as other reviewers. I dont know who would be in charge to correct this but it seems like something needs to be done. He is costing the business money...even my friend was going to order more food and didnt because of the disrespectful service. I wanted to try this place out because it just opened and all my friends were going here. Well, it was definitely not what I expected. The wait was about 15 minutes. The food was neither fresh nor tasty. If you eat here, I highly recommend you special order your food instead of getting the stuff already made. I've had much better Chinese food elsewhere. I ordered a delivery through Door Dash. The dinner plate I chose included "chow mein." It was ridiculously pitiful. It appeared to be a thin spaghetti noodle with onions, etc. However, it was so DRY, I could not eat it. I would recommend that they use linguini noodles and keep it moist. I ended up by tossing my order of chow mein in the garbage. So sad, as chow mein is a simple dish to prepare. On a positive note, their chicken egg rolls and vegetable spring rolls were quite good. Came here for lunch on a Thursday. Food was good, and service was amazing. Ordered the mushroom chicken and the orange chicken with fried rice. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this Panda Express. I absolutely love Panda Express food, regardless of it not being authentic Chinese food or not. Usually, the food at Panda is hot, flavorful, and of abundance. I have visited this Panda a handful of times, each time expecting it to be up to par with other Panda locations. Each time I have gone, the food has been lukewarm, dry, and measly portioned. Today, I got a 2-entree plate, and I literally got 5 pieces of each entree. I usually get half steamed rice and half chow me in as my side and they were both very dry and unenjoyable. This is the only Panda Express that I cannot stand to go to. Once in a while I give in and try it again with a hopeful attitude that the food got better, but end up with the same awful regret that I wasted my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS. Hummmmm...Where do i start...Very unusual entrance. If you come in the side door, which is the main door to the parking lot, you have to walk around all the tables to get to the "order area"...At this point it can get a bit "backed up" because everyone has to start their order thru the same person. The place wasn't busy at all yet they had 9 employees on staff (that I could see). If you want a shrimp in anything it's another $1 charge. I went with the 1 side and 3 entree plate. If you want another side it's like $3 more bucks. The sides are the fried rice, lomein, mixed veggies and something else. I went with lomein. The "meat" dishes I chose were the pepper beef (chef choice), orange chicken and Bejing Beef. The lomein was average to below average. The Pepper Beef was reasonable. The Bejing Beef was dried out and old. The Orange Chicken was more batter than chicken. I would guess 1/3 of it was fried batter pieces. They were out of spring rolls (none in the restaurant until the truck ran). Cost was close to $10 with drink. I went there just wanting an order of house friend rice but they don't offer it. It's kind of a weird, limited menu IMO. The kids working there are nice as heck and will let you try any of the dishes but I have had much better Chinese food. It's a shame PE spent all that money on a nice new pretty building and land to serve what I had tonight. Bathroom floor had water or piss stains all over it. Foot actually stuck to the floor. Should be zero stars, but not an option. HORRIBLE service. Took forever to get waited on then helper would go run over and take care of drive through. Plenty of staff, just not managed well. Did not even know when some of the new food was coming out. Several people behind me walked out. Noticed one gentleman complaining he did not get part of his order that he was charged for. I am what you might call a motivated customer, but for all the wrong reasons. My experience at your Panda location has me motivated to tell everyone and anyone about how horrible your customer service is. I went through the drive through and order a 2 entree plate for my daughter and I , our meal on the way to a doctors appointment. My daughters meal was Five Flavor Shrimp and Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. There was in the left side little portion where the Five Flavor Shrimp was supposed to be, 2 shrimp and nothing else. Not one vegetable accompanied these to pitiful shrimp. We discover this half way to the doctors office and had no time to turn around and argue about it so I decided to call. I got someone who didn't speak English all that well but well enough to tell me that it didn't happen. I asked this woman if she was saying I was lying and she said oh probably ate it and realized it not much shrimp so you are just saying 2 shrimp. Everyone here would not do that , it is supposed to be 5 shrimp. Everyone here can count to 5. I assured her I could count to 2 as well and asked for the manager. She informed me that the manager was there right now. I instructed her to take my phone number and have the manager call. She said she needed a pen and paper and placed me on hold. She needless to say never came back. Which is exactly, what I am going to do with Panda Express..........never come back. I did show up at the store after taking my daughter back to school and returning to work another 4 hours. I just wanted to make sure that the manager actually knew how the employees who answer the phone treat the customer when they call. Barbara seemed like a reasonable person and offered to get my 3 missing shrimp, or refund my order, or come back for a free meal, all of which I declined. Last night at 7:12PM I sat in the line and finally got my order placed at 7:20. After placing my order I decided to call them while I was in the line at 7:45 to see what the problem was. When they answered, after the line was busy and several attempts I asked why I have been sitting STUCK in the line for 25 MINS??? The fellow who answered the phone repeated me twice and acted like he couldn't understand English. I was frustrated and the line finally moved and I was at the window. Then I sat there for another 3 minutes, and he looked at the window, a piece of paper and started boxing my food. Once I got the food I looked at it and he gave me a medium box of entrée when I paid for a large!!!!! I sat there and no one came to the window so I left! I called again as I was on the road, manager answered this time and said she was sorry and would refund my money! I told her great cancel the order and she said that it was company policy that I come back and hand her the credit card so she could verify it was me??? Really??? For a credit on an order that I can easily give you a receipt number for?? What a joke. I will never go there again, and just so you are aware the RAMEN is horrible and allways dry!! I have never had ramen so gross before in my life. I will place an order at the Chinese restaurant two blocks down and go inside. Not to mention I will get THREE TIMES the amount of food for the price and it will taste better than the cheap ramen your company has.
