Worst Panda I've ever had. I have been there very limited times, but the few times I've ordered from there, my order gets messed up one way or another. But today was just horrible, my food was not cooked correctly and it was also cold. Horrible!!!! Called to ask for the manager and was informed there was no one on duty, I then asked for a supervisor and someone by the name of Brenda said she was the one. I explained what was going on with my order and she asked me what I wanted to do? Then tells me it's up to me, I can either take the plate back and get a new one....or.....I obviously requested a refund. I ordered teriyaki chicken, at pay out I had to ask for the sauce since they only gave me the chicken. Why did I have to ask for the sauce? It's not teriyaki chicken if it just the chicken. I ordered Rangoon but had to wait 3 minutes since they had none. I waited and waited and waited, finally 10minutes later I asked the server is the Rangoon ready? "I'm so sorry here you go. I know it's a new location and they're nicer than usual, however I can totally tell they are a good overall. Went for my first time and it was delicious! Was helped by Laurena, she was super nice and helpful, even cared to help avoid as much as possible any contact w the things I'm allergic to (thank you for that!). Today I was helped by a tall thin gentleman and he went above and beyond helping me choose. Like I said I know they are new, but I could tell they like thier job and actually care to serve. My boyfriend and I have always loved this location, we go atleast once a month and have never had any issues, unfortunately that wasn't the case tonight. We went in and ordered as usual, I got a bowl and my bf got a plate with two entrees, we got distracted towards the end so we didn't notice when the young lady that served us (whom was very nice) didn't put the second entree in the plate. We drove home very excited because we love panda and once he opened his plate, we finally noticed his teriyaki chicken was missing. We immediately called and this is when I was disappointed. The woman who picked up was right away very rude, I told her the situation and she asked for the order number which we unfortunately threw away, I explained to her that we were there no more than 10 minutes ago, and described the lady who helped us and our order, it wasnt busy at all so it's not like they would forget so easily (I work in food service so I know that it's easier to remember customers in that slow of a time span plus it being a slow day) but they said they didn't remember us. I then told her we can go back and show her to which she replied "ok but we close at 11" as if she was discouraging us to try to get our order fixed. Panda Express used to be my favorite restaurant but lately they are very disappointing. Tonight at this Perris location we had 4 meals and they couldn't even get that right. First they were out of Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef so we had to wait for those items but they continued to put together our other plates and then let them sit in a bag for over 15 minutes and didn't even keep them warm. We paid and then sat down to wait. They brought our food to us and we walked out. Luckily we decided to look in the bag because the staff that was working this evening didn't seem very trained. Low and behold they forgot 2 of our side items so we had to go back. When we got home our food was cold, the steamed rice wasn't cooked all the way and the teriyaki chicken wasn't even cut. Then my daughter was very upset because they didn't even put any fortune cookies in our bag. Overall waste of money and time and customer service was horrible... time to find a new place to eat :( read more
