I'm giving two stars only because the girl was very sweet. I ordered teriyaki chicken, chow mien noodles and veggie roll. I thought it would make it home (5 min. away) and still be warm. Not so. The chicken was dry, no teriyaki sauce on it, the noodles were rubbery and very thin. I did get a packet of teriyaki sauce, but it was not enough for all the chicken. There was a girl doing a good job already this lady cuts in to serve me, she makes sure she underserves your plate then still removes food to make sure you are getting yipped as if she was sharing her food from her own plate! So I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 small ala-carte items plus two veggie rolls. When I got to the window she handed me my bag and all that was in there was the food so I asked her for some sauces, napkins, a fork so I said don't I get a cookie n she said "I am sorry you only get a cookie when you order a combo", I said well the last time I came here I ordered 4 combos n didn't even get any cookies, so she handed me a cookie. Made the mistake of going to this location 3 times. They consistently get the orders wrong in the drive through. When calling to let them know they made the order(s) wrong, you receive attitude worse than the food. I have ordered mushroom chicken (which for some reason was JUST mushrooms in sauce). The young lady(s) I spoke to were rude and told me I was wrong. Called to let them know that they made a mix up with the 2 orders I had placed. Young man told me that I could come in and get the stuff I had ordered. Continued to tell me they were closed at the time of the call (10pm). When they close at 11. If the employees do not want to deal with angry customers, get the orders correct the first time. Update: went yet again. Messed up order. Called to resolve the issue. Lady asked for my name so I could receive a free side of rice due to their mistakes. Finally a step in the correct direction? No, went the next day to get this "free rice". No record of my name. Lady was VERY rude. Mentioning that my name was NOT on any list and was implying i was just trying to receive free food. Dude. F**k you, and this whole establishment. Came in today 25 minutes after they opened and only ordered 4 plates which 3 of them were the same exact order. I also added one order of the cream cheese wontons which I love. As we were leaving the parking lot of panda I decided to check for the wontons because I didn't remember seeing them. Yup just as I suspected no wontons and I wasn't charged for them. So we had to turn around and go back in and I gladly paid for them with no issue and we took off for the second time. As we got home and started setting everything out and opening each of the 4 plates there was a huge mistake! Now keep in mind I live 15min away in Nuevo, not conveniently in Perris. One of the plates only had half fried rice and chow mein, NO MEAT AT ALL! Which is very confusing because this plate was one of the plates that had the same exact order as the other two I spoke about above. Now we had to get back in the car, drive 15min to panda just to get what I paid for and was given a free plate which I gladly took because I was very annoyed at this point. However, it wasn't without attitude from the so called manager who didn't seem to care at all and she literally rolled her eyes at us. Yes I know this is a fast food place and not a 5 star restaurant, which was made very clear to me by the actions of the staff today. But I shouldn't have to go to a fast food place three times to get my order corrected and waste literally an hour of my time all together. Now the food is cold, my family and I are unhappy and hardly even want the food. Never going back to this location, worst service of my life and had no decent help what so ever. And not to add we had to wait 10minutes the first time because they were making more chow mein and walnut shrimp, so as we were waiting we were going to fill up our sodas but of course the fountain machines weren't even turned on. By this time it was already 30min at least into then being open. I've been restaurant managers in San Diego and something as small as this is very unacceptable and just a joke. I have to say that my experience either drive thru or dinning in is always great but I have to point out that Marcus is really attentive! My husband and I went to eat there for Mother's Day! I was really craving some Panda and so we had dinner inside and Marcus came up to us to ask if we needed anything. You have great employees here but he stood out to me specifically because of the great Ora and attitude he carries. Alondra is one of my favorite employees here! She always has a smile! In another visit through drive thru they had accidentally not put in my cream cheese rangoons. I noticed when I got home, but no biggie. A female manager answered the phone and she took care of me! The manger was kind enough to give my complete order free. So here I go another day to claim my free order! Aside from that I order chicken egg rolls and kung pow chicken which I paid for!
