I love going to Panda Express their Chinese cuisine is the best if you haven't been here yet I recommend going to this restaurant

Tonight I walked in and out within 4 minutes. The young lady who took my order(gorgeous makeup, eyeliner was perfect!) was so kind and fast. The gentleman that runs me up was also extremely fast and kind. He asked how my day was and even told me to have a blessed day with a smile . If I could I'd give them a 3 star for good customer service but after todays meal 0 stars for food quality. I've been to this panda many times and they were all good experiences with the food. But today ... I can't even exaggerate how disgusting the food was today . The broccoli that was in my beef and broccoli was so mushy , my honey walnut shrimp smelled really bad , it smelled like fish so bad , yes I know it's sea food but this was not a good smell at all and the bread on the shrimp was soggy and falling apart and right off the shrimp. My egg-roll, I can't even describe the taste without thinking about vomiting , my boyfriend nearly threw up and had to spit it out . Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I came to you find out what a 2.5 star Panda Express restaurant with like. My bad. It wasn't even a dare, just plain stupidity. I was suspicious of the ratings so I ordered something very simple. 1 item bowl: Green bean chicken with chow mein. [Have you been to a mom and pop Chinese take out? They give you a mountain of food for about 5 or 6 bucks] What I got was a $7, kid size bowl that was barely 3/4 filled and I didn't order a twig in my food. Do they wash their ingredients? Does the prep cook even care? I take food service very seriously. It's a huge responsibility to feed people. If you get them sick, it can cost people a work day or two. Did they charge me extra for the twig? How is this tiny bowl of barely 3/4 filled bowl of Chinese food $7? It doesn't cost much to make Chinese food. Panda is gauging. Imagine what you're eating every time you come to this restaurant, how much attention they are paying to the food entering your body. I told the crew leader, the lady in all black offered me a side of the same dish. I didn't pay $7 for a tiny bowl of barely 3/4 filled bowl of Chinese food with a twig in it. If they had done everything normal they can start with a 2.5 - 3 starts. For the value and quantity, minus 1 star. For the twig and lack of attention, minus 1 star. At this point, if they started with 2.5 stars, that would leave them with half a star. Yelp won't let me give out half a star so I'll give this place 1 star and call it generous. read more

Giving this a five star review for the Asian lady who worked the closing shift on 11-19-2018. She was very hospitable even to these rude people that came in at 10:24 pm (they close at 10:30pm) asking for food to be freshly cooked. Upon letting these patrons know that they'd already cleaned the grill, their response was a smug "it's ok we can wait.." multiple times. Please do not be like these people that come in right at closing time and expect the entire world to stop and cater for you. You're not royalty. They served my food on this dirty ass tray. I didn't even enjoy my food anymore cause I got grossed out. Also, I got a panda bowl with fried rice and the Sichuan chicken. The bowl was half full (not that big of deal) of course they are stingy. Until I saw another person get a panda bowl where they could barely close the lid on that thing. Came here with the purpose of getting an Oolong milk tea but was disappointed when I found out it wasn't a panda bar location and didn't serve specialty drinks. Other than that the food was pretty good this location seems to stay busy. read more

Worst Place Ever. Rude employees, bad service, crappy food. All the employees had an attitude. The worker at the register walked away to check her phone several times. No Ice. No Straws. No Teriyaki Sauce for the chicken. It's sad, many places have gone downhill and the workers still get their $15 an hour no matter how many orders they screw up. If you don't want to work than quit. It sucks that so many places have terrible service and the employees could care less because they get their paycheck either way. read more

Customer service is here is trash, specifically from a worker by the name of Frankie. He made a point to be rude and condescending when we arrived a few minutes early to pick up our food. You think in times like these people would wanna have good customer service to keep their business going and maintain a job. But obviosuly not. Food is good and fresh here, being that they make everything in small potion, to prevent wasted food. They get a lot of business, so be prepared to wait. Maybe not a too long of a wait, but there will be a wait. I had some new chicken that was advertised. It tasted like any other chicken that have had. Good customer service and friendly staff. The place is always clean and food is consistently fresh and is a consistent stop for me when I am in the area. Beijing beef or orange chicken are favorites and I like that you can vegetables instead of noodles or rice. Place gets packed with local business employees and hospital staff--so avoid main lunch hour if you can. Located near county hospital, shopping center and other food and coffee franchises it is also convenient to Omnitrans 22...and Metrolink is just up Riverside Ave. read more

It is very disappointing when the standard drops. I have been coming to this spot for years for consistent good food, but today's visit a total disaster with stale guee fried rice ,chow mein tasteless, and wrest of the plate with angus beef with beans and broccoli with beef had the same taste. I went to grab some food from work a week ago and the one of the workers was horrifically rude to me. I asked if they could leave soy out of my noodles and they told me "soy tu puta madre" and then began to beat me up and curb stomp me on the ground. Love coming here as I enjoy the food. I have noticed one employee is extremely stingy with the servings and I try to avoid her. I don't expect it to be overflowing, but when My bowl is about 1/2 full with both the side and main dish- for the price, it's not worth it. Came here on a busy Wednesday night. The manager Cassie and her team did such a great job at keeping the line in control. There were some customers who were rude or non polite but she and the rest of the crew kept their cool and were great every step of the way. We did not have to wait too long to get our food either. I love Panda Express, and I've never had a bad experience until I went to this place. The two girls who were in the closing shift on March 11, were horrible at customer service, Sarah was okay. Honestly this place has the WORST service. I came in to pick up a doordash order and went to the shelves for online pick ups and it was empty. Stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to get help while the cashier Lucio charged everyone in line(about 7 people). As soon as I walk through the door I am greeted by at least two employees. The service is speedy and accurate. The inside always seems to be clean and the bathrooms are nicely kept and stocked. There are a lot of reviews that I read where people say they received bad customer service, but every time that I order, i receive exceptional service with a smile so I'm sure the people that are giving negative reviews also have a negative attitude and are impatient.
