Food was great and the service was even better. Definitely recommend if you're in Rialto.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I ordered three combo plates. The first plate was half chow mein and half fried rice with broccoli beef and mushroom chicken. The mushroom chicken barely had any mushrooms in it. When I mentioned it to the employee, she laughed and said there was only one mushroom left instead of offering a fresh batch that actually contained mushrooms. The second plate included Kung Pao chicken and mushroom chicken. Once again, there were virtually no mushrooms, and the Kung Pao chicken tasted awful. The third plate had teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. Overall, the portions were very small for the price, especially compared to other Chinese food restaurants. The chow mein was soggy and tasted old. I noticed they keep large amounts sitting in crockpots ready to be served, which may explain the texture. The fried rice was hard, dry, and far from fresh or fluffy. After tasting the food, I found it completely inedible. I felt bad because the employee helping me was very kind, but I had to request a refund. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While waiting for the refund, I noticed a large water bug crawling on the counter near the food preparation area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I pointed it out, it was brushed off as if nothing was there. I even offered to move a flower pot outside to prevent bugs from getting onto the counter, but it was simply placed near the sink instead. I only received a partial refund, but at that point I was ready to leave. Between the poor food quality, high prices, lack of concern about the bug, and overall experience, I would not return or recommend this restaurant. read more

Night fell and I stumbled upon this place for dinner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a quiet evening though a steady number of patrons were stopping by for takeout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Some brought their whole families while others came in solo. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Trays of entrees behind glass panes resting below heat lamps and hot water baths, a very recognizable setup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I decided on a mix of chow mein and white rice along with the beef broccoli and spicy orange chicken. Pleasantly surprised to see little sampler cups of chili oil for sale too. The television on the wall had the movie Easy A was on. As others have mentioned, the lady at the front was welcoming, smiling and laughing with her customers. We spoke briefly, and it turns out she is Cambodian Chinese and also spoke Teochew. The chow mein had lots of cabbage and was decent though slightly soggy, the beef broccoli was solid with hints of black pepper, and the spicy orange chicken was fairly sweet with its glaze and had a light kick in terms of heat. Look. I dont know what possessed me to eat here but i will say this: NEVER AGAIN. I was already 1/4th into my shrimp fried rice when i picked up a hair in my fork! We were in the area, craving chinese and decided to try this place. The place was empty except for 1 customer who was being rang up. While the food sitting under the heat lamps looked decent, the customer service needs some attention. I stood, looking at the food behind the glass waiting to be helped. Acouple minutes passed, the only worker I could see was in a deep conversation with the customer, asking about family, kids etc. Another couple of minutes passed, I stood and waited. The workers is still in a conversation with the already paid customer. 5 minutes go by, I get the hint. I walk out and head over to another establishment. It's good to have a good relationship with customers to a limit. Small businesses like this one are only as good as the next customers review. read more

It's Easter 2021 & no one wants to cook for 8 lol We were checking in on the new home and stopped by to see if they were open. Having just moved here my sister decided to share this place with us. Awesome place! It wasn't very busy but I assumed that's normal considering it's Easter. They had a nice selection of food, even some desserts, shakes, and peaked at their egg rolls.
