They treated me like second class citizen and I was not happy. So let me describe how I entered. I came into the restaurant and stood at the counter for almost 10mins. No one was behind the counter . The people in the kitchen especially the manager ( who I discovered was a manger later) was by the door and saw me at the counter and just left me standing there. Didn't say hold on I'm coming or anything. So I stood there patiently and the bigger boy come around the corner from the fuel gas station side and asked me have I been helped yet? I told him no not at all. He took my order and I guess I made a mistake to say mild instead of medium. So when the meal was prepared I asked him if he put an oil chilli container in my bag and he said no. I said why not? I always get it. This is the first time I didn't get the chilli oil. So I tried to explain to him but he was not paying attention so I decided to ask for a manager. He pointed at the lady to his right who was on the phone and had glasses on. Looked like she was getting a customer order. So I waited another 10mins for her to get done with the phone and I explained that I always get the chilli oil so how come I can't get it now? She claimed there were levels to the food and chilli oil only came with certain levels. Well after the back and forth I discovered it was because I got mild instead of medium. I could have sworn I told the cashier medium but guess not. I will own it. But I didn't like the way the manager spoke. She was very dismissive and almost nonchalant about it just like the cashier was and didnt care about anything I had to say. She seemed to focus more on the Hispanic customers and didn't care about the other ones. She saw me standing at the counter when I first walked in and just left me standing there but when another customer came in she spoke to them and of course they were Hispanic. Pls management ask your employees to treat all customers with respect and be cordial. Talk to them like how you would want to be treated. Don't be bias towards one group of people and discriminate against the other. We already have enough hatred in this world We don't need anymore. Pls do better and train them to be nice to everyone!!! Not just people they can relate to. Thank you! Of course I am African American.
