I went on my lunch break to get food here and they said that there was an 8 minute wait if I wanted the fried rice, I said that's fine I will wait for it and they parked me up at the front for like 12 minutes. One of the employees brings out my food and I head on to work because now I only have 15 minutes of my lunch break left. When I open my plate it did not have any fried rice in at all, all it had was the super greens and other stuff. Why park me if you are not going to give me what I ordered and paid for? And waste my time too...I called to see if someone can deliver it to me and all she said is you have 30 days to come get your rice....I will never visit you guys again, never. The food that was already in my plate waiting for the rice was also cold. Its not rush hour, this is Saturday at 3 pm.. Customer service needs to be your number one priority people. I ordered beef and broccoli and this is all the beef they put 2 1/2 pieces of beef. This is the container I emptied onto a plate and you can see how much food it is. They put all rice and no meat. As you can see I got the Beef and broccoli, but looks like I only got the Broccoli and not the beef. Food portions are low is this the new panda? The prices have gone up but giving your local customers small portions for more money should be a crime. I hope this issue gets fix if we are paying more for the same food. read more

We have app ordered six times and every single time what is handed out the window either does not match our order or has missing items. Today, I was asked to pull around front and wait because my order wasn't ready when I showed up 10 mins after ordering. Then I had to wait an additional 10 min out front waiting for chow mein. Would be fine IF I had been offered a free egg roll or something to show appreciation for waiting so long. Not only no compensation, NO FORTUNE COOKIES THIS TIME! I placed my order when it was not busy. They didn't have enough for a double order. I requested an alternate and it was also out. I asked what they had left and made my choices from that. I paid and they can to the window bc and said they still could not fill my order. I requested my money back. They lost my payment card and asked me several times if i was sure i gave it to the person. I told them to review the video of the camera. They asked me to park i told them no not till i get my card. Lesson learned of do bits "if you can not provide what ur customer requests and ask them to pay normal prices for something they want while inconveniencing the rest if the customers". For 3 weeks now.... they haven't had forks - they only have spoons. They are always out of stuff or you have to wait 15 - 20 minutes for them. They definitely need a new manager that knows how to run a business. Restaurants should ALWAYS have forks on hand for customers. Yes, I said 3 weeks. I went 3 weeks ago and they only had chop sticks, NO forks or spoons. I went again 2 weeks ago and they only had spoons, NO chop sticks and NO forks. I was happy this place was built close to our area so I went last night 45 minutes before closing and these kids want to tell me that they don't have enough orange chicken for 2 orders only for one and so I asked if they will make more they said no Bc "everyone else is closing already" like what ? You still have almost an hour left seriously I've never had someone from panda be that lazy. This is my 3rd time going to this location and through those times I was not happy with my order. I gave it another chance and and this is probably the last time I go to this location. By far the worst. I order the plate with Chow Main, orange chicken and the mushroom chicken. Let me tell you that on the chow main section all I got was cabbage and probably 3 strings of noodles. The mushroom chicken tasted like it's been there for days, not savory at all. I had to throw it all away. I do not recommend this location at all. read more
