We are very frequent visitors to this restaurant. We love being able to call and order ahead and pick up in the drive through. The orange chicken and fried rice is AMAZING! We get it every time we go, but I wanted to try something different. I got the Beef Lo-Mein... the presentation was vastly different between the two entrees. The Beef Lo-mein looked like it had been throw together and tossed into the to go box from a foot away. It kind of tasted thrown together too, whereas the orange chicken was just slightly crispy and perfectly seasoned and separated from the rice and broccoli. You should DEFINITELY give this place a try, but they could improve some things. read more

This place is a rip off...if your going to charge almost $7 for egg drop soup,then at least make it bigger than 16 ounces... the crispy noodles are awful as well. Just wanted to flag what their Chow Mein looks like for those who would like to order. I called to ask if I had gotten the wrong order and they said no, that their chow mein isn't noodles, it's veggies. Never in my life have I had Chow Mein that looked like this but there's a first time for everything. My order was delivered by Grubhub and the restaurant offered to exchange my order for a lo mein , if I drove it back to their restaurant to make a trade. (This would defeat the whole purpose and conviniente of the Grubhub role of my order). When I did try this food that was ordered, the rice was soy sauce and rice with peas and the sauce from this dish was also very flavorless, more salty then anything. This was my first time eating at this restaurant and it was honestly very disappointing. I ordered the orange chicken as-well as 3 other plates of food for my family. When I got home and started eating I was very pleased with the taste of the food, which is why it's disappointing having to write this review. After eating a good portion of food already I suddenly found multiple maggots on the broccoli and meat. Naturally, my family and I immediately got grossed out and lost our appetite. When I went to simply ask for my money back nicely, the lady at the front did not want to give us a full refund on the drinks and went as far as to say that she shouldn't even have given us a refund for the food because it was already partially eaten! My response was of course it was partially eaten we didn't expect to find maggots in our food ! She even told us that having maggots in the broccoli was fine with the health department. I went here yesterday for lunch with my BF. It was our first time there and the food was great! We had fried dumplings and cheese Rangoon appetizers. Both were plenty to share and very good! I had Mongolian beefed spicy and the veggies were not over cooked and there were plenty of them along with beef. He had General T chicken and it was crispy, which was different but still good, and the med spicy was just right. The only negative we had was the fried rice which was bland. General Tso chicken was ok - but the fried rice side and side of noodles were super plain. Hands down the best Hot and Sour soup! I ordered the large only because o was feeling super greedy lol When I arrived to place my order I wasn't sure what I wanted. I usually order their combo fried rice with extra veggies but want to try something different. I asked the cashier for advice and he was extremely polite and helpful! Per his suggestion I ended up getting the Moo Goo with beef, shrimp and pork. I wanted chicken instead of pork but oddly enough they'd run out of chicken. The guy apologized repeatedly or the lack of chicken but it was cool. Let me start by saying look past the location and the way the building looks because this place is the bomb when it comes to amazing Chinese Food. When we used to live in the area almost a decade and a half ago we ate here quite frequently. Even after living out of state and returning to a different part of the Metroplex we were not disappointed when we stopped by for lunch. The building is quite a bit warn down to say the least but trust me it's worth it. The prices are very reasonable and you get HUGE portions. Even writing this review makes me want to drive 30 minutes away to get there let me tell you. I think the food may have gotten better since the last time we visited. For those who like Beef and Broccoli they no longer offer it (I know because it is my youngest daughter's favorite). I personally recommend the Sesame Chicken because it's both my favorite food and the VERY BEST version of it I've had in my entire life.
