Had previously ordered from here and the food wasn't great but I decided to give it another try. Food wasn't great once more. When I ordered I specifically asked for no bean sprouts yet they still added them, not a big deal just wished they didn't. The "Double Sauteed Sliced Pork" was extremely salty, had to throw out since it was inedible. The Roast Pork Lo Mein and the Steamed Dumpling were only ok. The Boneless Spare Ribs were pretty decent but more than half of the order was burnt which was incredibly disappointing. Overall, wouldn't recommend and won't be a returning customer. read more

Came here for the first time the other day. I was greeted by a horrible smell and that should've been my warning sign not to order food. I don't know why this place is open at all. I think with the smell and condition of the restaurant, the DOH should temporarily shut the place down. 1. The restaurant is dirty. There's trash all over the dining area. 2. It stinks (like disgusting and very unpleasant). 3. Kitchen is disgusting as well. I saw a huge metal basin full of raw chicken places on top of a big black trash can. 4. There were sleeping children in the dining area. The youngest one even fell on the floor. Their unfinished food were left on top of the table where they were sleeping. 5. Lastly, the service was very slow. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. Never again!!! read more

Panda House's food is usually fresh and as expected Chinese American takeout. They pack the food well for delivery and take out. Food is usually piping hot and tasty. My only drawback with them is the amount of time it takes to get it delivered. Can be a hit or miss, even when it is not peak time. I have Uber Eats their food and had it take an hour to get to my house (which is not far away). I have also had a situation where my Uber Eats driver arrived, and the food was not ready so it was further delayed. Worst place ever !!! I love there food but there service is shit. If you want delivery don't even bother you'll be waiting 2 hours !!! I just waited 2 hours I called and ask where my food is the lady starts screaming her head off saying the guy was "ringing the door bell" and "waited 10 minutes" such bullshit. listen i will be 1st to tell you that the this place needs a serious cleaning and upgrade. However they have BY FAR the best "fast food" chinese around. yes you wait FOREVER for your food to come or be ready BUT its because theyre so dam busy they need to stop answering phones and they have to shut down their uber eats. thats a testament to people feeling the same way i do. Stopped here once years ago for a wonton soup and had to wait over half hour. Seriously? Also, there's nowhere to sit while you wait because the owner has her army of kids seated here like it's their living room. Tried placing an order here today since this is literally the only Chinese food place open in the area with the quarantine and all and I asked one simple question and I get yelled at about how she's "very busy." The lady on the phone is rude and nasty. I ordered through Uber eats and almost 2 hours go by. I reach out i explain what's going on. She responds not my problem you didn't pay me. Uber did l. So call Uber. I asked her if she could locate the driver she responded you call him it's your food. I will never order from you guys again. 2 hours and a half my food arrives. She sends a hot soda. This place is a hidden gem. Looks like your regular Chinese but it's definitely not. Panda house is in a league of its own when it comes to the food they make. The most delicious Chinese food I've ever had! They are a small family run shop so they get quite busy and thus leads to slow turnaround time BUT definitely worth the wait. My suggestion, get the chicken and broccoli! You won't be disappointed read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want poor customer service and to be ignored by the establishment. I placed an order and was told 40 min wait time. I called back to confirm after 45 mins was told oh 30 mins more. After going to the establishment I was told we need 20 mins more. When asked what is the reason for the hold up and the inconvenience I was rudely ignored twice. Even though hungry and frustrated I decided not to give this place of business my money since they couldn't even give me a decent answer. Customer service is horrible. No what matter what time you call whether you choose pick up or delivery, the wait time gets a little frustrating. It's only the husband and wife that do everything, they don't have help cooking. You can tell they get overwhelmed. The food itself is just fine though, no complaints in that department. read more

I've been ordering from them for years, growing up in the area. Lately, their food hasn't been living up to their reputation they had in the beginning. You can tell that they use the same oil for everything and you can even assume that the food is left out for a few days or was cooked a few days prior to order, in other words, not fresh. Plus, the lady of the restaurant accused me of using fake money. Her children and her husband (I'm assuming, the delivery guy also, main chef) were super embarassed and kept telling her that it wasn't fake and to stop yelling at me. I only go here if it's an absolute emergency because their service is horrible. It takes forever for the food to come out and it's not worth it. The food is subpar and I highly question the cleanliness of the establishment. Currently they have a B grade and I can't even imagine how considering they have boxes as their main source of a "sneeze guard." So I have no idea what they're doing with my food with their masks off while I wait for my food and they have dirty, dingy toys/clothes strewn about in one corner and I have no clue what that's doing in a food takeout place. Don't use Uber eats if you can't read an order correctly. I ordered at 8:23pm and food didn't arrive until 10pm although arrival time said 9:11pm. When the order arrived literally HALF of the entire order was missing. Rice tastes like shit. read more
