Overall there rock was good quality. After spreading the rock, we realized that we needed more rock. We ordered two more yards of crimson. The rock they delivered had at least a half of the load that was clay soil and not rock. I took photos and visited the Earth Elements office. I informed the office that I was not happy. The employee ignored her and made a shushing motion with his fingers, and countinued to walk behind the pharmacy. She reported this to Customer Service Manager James, to which when she tried pointing the employee out from 500ft away, he cut her off citing "IT IS AGAINST STORE POLICY TO CONFRONT EMPLOYEES".... So anyway he tries to shut her up by saying "Uh we will check the cameras and get this figured out" I call Target to ask if anything happened (not asking for details) and was told he has to wait for an "AP" to check the cameras (guess security isn't on site?) I say that's fine, please call me back to confirm when the employee has been identified so atleast I know someone was talked too. He states we cannot provide personal information over the phone - and I respond by explaining | don't even want a name, or anything at all. I simply want to know that somebody was seen on the cameras, and action has been taken. I dont need any personal employee information. He cuts me off citing "we cannot debate over the phone" and hangs up on me in the middle of me asking "Should I call corporate?" In the end, my girlfriend was ignored by an employee, and it is more than obvious management does not care in the slightest. I will be filing a report with Corporate shortly.
