I found Joy to be friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. The shoppe hours are posted for all to see on Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. They are Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Do not hesitate to stop in to see her showroom. It's simply BEAUTIFUL. I can back that claim w/ photos! She was direct to the point, not to mention personable and honest about their selections. The thing I like most is when she gave us the price, it was the "out the door" price! Taxes, warranties, cleaners. She clearly explained the process, didn't hover or try to oversell. You couldn't ask for a better experience. Delivery was just as great! Set up, clean up, didn't rush, and very polite and professional! This will be our place of choice in the future for sure. An extra bonus, they include taking away your furniture and offer it to various charities for free! Our furniture was like new and we were so happy with the thought it could help someone who could give it a new home! You all were awesome, ( even got a great recommendation for great pizza and wings, Fat Boys)!

We purchased a table from them over two years ago and one of the hinges failed and made opening the table impossible. We contacted Price Cutters and they sent out Kurt and his partner. They tried to fix the hinge but couldn't. They committed to find a solution and came through with replacement hinges. The table functions as when it was new! These guys rock!!! Give them a try!

We then were told 3 weeks later "to come get our refund check" and when we went in to get it, were told to leave and pushed out. I am in absolute disbelief at the way this place is so poorly run. Sean, the main guy we have dealt with, really needs to get the stick out of his behind and learn to have a sense of customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It wasn't the right fit so I went in for an exchange. Found a cute replacement and even tho it was three times the price I decided to splurge. Picked up a basket full of anddi items too! I was informed that since it was more than 7 days since the purchase...no exchange. Was that included on the receipt? Nope. Was there a sign at the checkout counter? Nope!! In fact, the employee at the register wasn't aware until he called the manager because the register wasn't working properly. After politely explaining my disappointment and the missed opportunity to quadruple the sale, the worker said he couldn't do anything. I promptly left and sent an email to the owner/founder through the website. Mainly, in an effort to provide feedback that simply made good business sense, and to share my disappointment. The response...crickets. No acknowledgment or explanation on their part. Service is everything and when it's bad...it makes a lasting impact. I won't ever shop here and I don't recommend anyone does...the halo IS crooked.
