I chose the aromatherapy package, and it was so relaxing. Nicole was my massage therapist, and she was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. The facility was also very clean, which made me feel even more at ease. The only small thing I would mention is that I personally wished the aromatherapy scent was a little different, but that's completely based on my own preference and didn't take away from the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality massage at a great value. I'll definitely be coming back!

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate that you reviewed the situation and shared…read moreyour perspective. However, your response does not change the reason for my original review. First, I understand that your gratuity guide is a recommendation, not a requirement. That is exactly my point. If tipping is voluntary, then customers should never be approached after payment and asked to increase their gratuity. Once a customer has decided what they wish to tip, that transaction should be considered complete. My mother is foreign and speaks very limited English. She gave what she had in her purse because she genuinely appreciated the massage. She was not trying to underpay anyone. As I explained to your front desk, my wife was also going through an extremely stressful period in our lives. We were dealing with significant personal hardships at the time. While I understand your receptionist may have remained polite in tone, what was missing was empathy. Customer service is about more than simply being polite--it is about recognizing when a situation calls for compassion. To be clear, I never contacted your business asking for a refund or compensation. I simply called to explain why the interaction left my wife feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging our concerns, I felt that your response focused on defending the policy rather than understanding how your staff's actions affected your customer. Regardless of whether your receptionist "asked" instead of "demanded," asking a customer to increase a tip after they have already paid is, in my opinion, unprofessional. A comparable example would be dining at a restaurant, leaving an 18% tip, and having the server come back to ask if you could leave more. Most people would find that inappropriate, regardless of how politely it was phrased. This was never about the amount of money. It was about professionalism and how the situation was handled. I respect your right to explain your side, just as I have the right to share my experience. Unfortunately, your response has not changed my opinion. I remain disappointed with how the interaction was handled, and because of that, I will not be returning to your business. I wish your therapists the best, as they did provide a quality massage. My concern has always been with the front desk interaction--not the therapists themselves.

First, I…read morecame inside and waited a few minutes before a lady with a nice smile came out to greet me, she lead.me inside a room saying "30 minutes?" And I said I would like one hour massage please. She said Okay. I got ready for the massage and was face down at about 6:50 The lady came in about 6:55 and started giving me a relatively OK massage. At about 7:15 she went to great another customer. There were two ladies there. At about 7:18 she came back and rubbed my back for a minute and asked me to turn over. I said more on my back please and she said OK and rubbed my back a little more then said she needed to use the bathroom. At about 7:38 she came back and rubbed my back a little more then asked me to turn over. I said more on my back please and she said she would after. So I rolled over facing up. She began to rub my right hip for a few minutes. Then she patted my dick over the towel gesturing saying want? I said I'm not here for that and would like massage only. She then went onto massage my legs very hard and way too much for next 5-10 minutes (hip to knee section both sides) At about 7:50 she said all done. I said one hour, more on back please. and I rolled over, face down. She then put oil on my back and continued to rub, not massage but rub in circles in same place on or over my left shoulder blade. She did this over and over for 5-10 minutes scratching my neck with her nails each time. Finely it was about 8:05 and I had enough brutality. I had paid $60 for the hour massage and my change was on the chair. She tried to take a $20 tip and I had to give a $10 tip to get out as the two girls were insisting and not letting me out. I've been to many massage therapist and this experience has to be one of the worst yet.

They are acsepting cash only and doesnt really have massage options it just says 2 priceread more

My first ever massage experience and it was amazing!!…read more I went in for a shoulder, neck, and upper body massage and was honestly a little nervous since it was my first time ever getting one. Mia made the experience really comfortable and checked in during the session, especially when placing the hot towel, which I really appreciated. She used firm pressure, which was much needed with the tension I was carrying and afterwards I could feel such a huge difference. I know one session won't magically fix everything, but I left feeling so much better and noticeably relaxed. I literally sat in my car afterwards to soak in the sun because I felt so relaxed Overall, such a great first experience and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I visited this place because my regular therapist was fully booked, but unfortunately, I had an…read moreextremely disappointing experience. The massage itself lacked any proper technique, provided zero relief, and I left in just as much pain as when I walked in. Beyond the poor service, the business practices were completely unprofessional: CBD Oil Add-On: I agreed to a $20 upcharge for CBD oil. The therapist returned with a bottle that was clearly running empty, scraped together only a tiny amount for my back, and admitted afterward that she had run out--yet still charged me the full $20 fee. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. I have no issue paying for quality care, but paying premium prices for subpar technique, nearly empty add-ons, and forced gratuity is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!…read more I call on a Friday to make a couples massage appointment for Sunday morning. The lady says EMPHATICALLY 9:00 - 10:00 am several times on the phone. I'm not thrilled about an early time for a Sunday morning, but I take it because I understand they have to fit 2 of us. We show up on Sunday to the janky ass operation, and the lady says the other masseuse is not here yet, come back in 40 minutes. I'm already irked cause I could've slept in, but just try to roll with it. We come back and they have separate rooms for us. Not ideal, but we've encountered this elsewhere before. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash. I go to lay down and I see there's only HALF a sheet available for cover...??? The lady comes in and starts rubbing me and you can tell that she's on autopilot for most of it. There's a bunch of commotion going on; the ladies are shouting at each other from room to room, someone's phone rings and they let the wacky ringtone go for a whole minute - basically the exact opposite of a relaxing ambiance. At one point my masseuse walks out and starts arguing with the other ladies. It's like she was mad that she had to work on me for some reason. She pretty much rubbed my back for like half an hour and once I turned around she just ran out the clock by rubbing my head. Didn't even touch my problem areas. Then she says "ok done!", and walks out. I look at the clock and it's been barely 45 mins since we started (including the interruptions) when we already paid them for a whole hour plus a much too generous 25% tip. I somehow feel more tense than before I walked in there and hoodwinked and bamboozled out of $150. I didn't argue and just left. My husband told me he had an equally terrible experience. I've been to dozens of massage places and I never had the urge to leave a bad review for a single one, because no matter how mediocre the work, I still appreciate that someone would take the time to give me healing touches. But these ladies were not happy about us being there. I get the feeling that they're not interested in what we came in for and that we were not their typical clientele (wink, wink). So yeah, I mean if that's what you're into, by all means go there. But if you want an honest-to-god massage, there are plenty of other places that'll do a better job for the same price.

I came here as the place is next to my gym. Figured I would try it out…read more Honestly I would advise against it. If you've seen my reviews, you know how detailed I can get. This post won't be any different All I have to say is I paid this chick to perform an hour massage and she tried to pass 17 minutes for 60 minutes . 17 damn minutes at the price of an hour massage? Foooooools! I'm quite wily when it comes to spending any money - especially at these kinds of places - so yes - if you go to these places without timing the experience to make sure you're getting your moneys worth - you're a sucker, but I digress. When I complained, the lady feigned ignorance - and tried to dismiss my point - despite my proof. Then, her partner came in to correct the issue - saying she would complete the hour - but the damage was done. I think what bothered me the most was they refused to allow me to confirm my final amount on my receipt I literally had to snatch it from their hand and threaten to leave this review - which I've decided to leave since Yelp! consistently encourages me to do so I left this spot and genuinely hope all you fellas reading this avoid it, too. Honestly, there are much better places that "offer" what they tried to persuade me with any damn way if you catch my meaning... If you're looking to get taken care of - so you can go back and battle life - this place ain't for you. Factos.
