The older woman who gave my massage was extremely rude from the beginning. She repeatedly scolded me to "relax," even after I calmly explained that I was relaxed. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash.
