My first ever massage experience and it was amazing!!…read more I went in for a shoulder, neck, and upper body massage and was honestly a little nervous since it was my first time ever getting one. Mia made the experience really comfortable and checked in during the session, especially when placing the hot towel, which I really appreciated. She used firm pressure, which was much needed with the tension I was carrying and afterwards I could feel such a huge difference. I know one session won't magically fix everything, but I left feeling so much better and noticeably relaxed. I literally sat in my car afterwards to soak in the sun because I felt so relaxed Overall, such a great first experience and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

The massage itself lacked any proper technique, provided zero relief, and I left in just as much pain as when I walked in. Beyond the poor service, the business practices were completely unprofessional: CBD Oil Add-On: I agreed to a $20 upcharge for CBD oil. The therapist returned with a bottle that was clearly running empty, scraped together only a tiny amount for my back, and admitted afterward that she had run out--yet still charged me the full $20 fee. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. I have no issue paying for quality care, but paying premium prices for subpar technique, nearly empty add-ons, and forced gratuity is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I chose the aromatherapy package, and it was so relaxing. Nicole was my massage therapist, and she was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. The facility was also very clean, which made me feel even more at ease. The only small thing I would mention is that I personally wished the aromatherapy scent was a little different, but that's completely based on my own preference and didn't take away from the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality massage at a great value. I'll definitely be coming back!

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate that you reviewed the situation and shared…read moreyour perspective. However, your response does not change the reason for my original review. First, I understand that your gratuity guide is a recommendation, not a requirement. That is exactly my point. If tipping is voluntary, then customers should never be approached after payment and asked to increase their gratuity. Once a customer has decided what they wish to tip, that transaction should be considered complete. My mother is foreign and speaks very limited English. She gave what she had in her purse because she genuinely appreciated the massage. She was not trying to underpay anyone. As I explained to your front desk, my wife was also going through an extremely stressful period in our lives. We were dealing with significant personal hardships at the time. While I understand your receptionist may have remained polite in tone, what was missing was empathy. Customer service is about more than simply being polite--it is about recognizing when a situation calls for compassion. To be clear, I never contacted your business asking for a refund or compensation. I simply called to explain why the interaction left my wife feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging our concerns, I felt that your response focused on defending the policy rather than understanding how your staff's actions affected your customer. Regardless of whether your receptionist "asked" instead of "demanded," asking a customer to increase a tip after they have already paid is, in my opinion, unprofessional. A comparable example would be dining at a restaurant, leaving an 18% tip, and having the server come back to ask if you could leave more. Most people would find that inappropriate, regardless of how politely it was phrased. This was never about the amount of money. It was about professionalism and how the situation was handled. I respect your right to explain your side, just as I have the right to share my experience. Unfortunately, your response has not changed my opinion. I remain disappointed with how the interaction was handled, and because of that, I will not be returning to your business. I wish your therapists the best, as they did provide a quality massage. My concern has always been with the front desk interaction--not the therapists themselves.

My husband & I both booked massages and my experience was anything but pleasing!…read more We both booked 2 different services. I booked the relaxing massage & my husband booked the therapeutic/deep tissue massage. When I went into the room the lady was very rushed. She was extremely rough and would dig into my muscles. Anything but relaxing, however, everyone has different pain tolerance's so to each their own. After the massage was over she said "I'm done". Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!!!…read more I call on a Friday to make a couples massage appointment for Sunday morning. The lady says EMPHATICALLY 9:00 - 10:00 am several times on the phone. I'm not thrilled about an early time for a Sunday morning, but I take it because I understand they have to fit 2 of us. We show up on Sunday to the janky ass operation, and the lady says the other masseuse is not here yet, come back in 40 minutes. I'm already irked cause I could've slept in, but just try to roll with it. We come back and they have separate rooms for us. Not ideal, but we've encountered this elsewhere before. They ask for cash (no cards) up front before they start. They don't ask us what areas to focus on, any previous injuries, or even what level of pressure to use - just cash. I go to lay down and I see there's only HALF a sheet available for cover...??? The lady comes in and starts rubbing me and you can tell that she's on autopilot for most of it. There's a bunch of commotion going on; the ladies are shouting at each other from room to room, someone's phone rings and they let the wacky ringtone go for a whole minute - basically the exact opposite of a relaxing ambiance. At one point my masseuse walks out and starts arguing with the other ladies. It's like she was mad that she had to work on me for some reason. She pretty much rubbed my back for like half an hour and once I turned around she just ran out the clock by rubbing my head. Didn't even touch my problem areas. Then she says "ok done!", and walks out. I look at the clock and it's been barely 45 mins since we started (including the interruptions) when we already paid them for a whole hour plus a much too generous 25% tip. I somehow feel more tense than before I walked in there and hoodwinked and bamboozled out of $150. I didn't argue and just left. My husband told me he had an equally terrible experience. I've been to dozens of massage places and I never had the urge to leave a bad review for a single one, because no matter how mediocre the work, I still appreciate that someone would take the time to give me healing touches. But these ladies were not happy about us being there. I get the feeling that they're not interested in what we came in for and that we were not their typical clientele (wink, wink). So yeah, I mean if that's what you're into, by all means go there. But if you want an honest-to-god massage, there are plenty of other places that'll do a better job for the same price.

I came here as the place is next to my gym. Figured I would try it out…read more Honestly I would advise against it. If you've seen my reviews, you know how detailed I can get. This post won't be any different All I have to say is I paid this chick to perform an hour massage and she tried to pass 17 minutes for 60 minutes . 17 damn minutes at the price of an hour massage? Foooooools! I'm quite wily when it comes to spending any money - especially at these kinds of places - so yes - if you go to these places without timing the experience to make sure you're getting your moneys worth - you're a sucker, but I digress. When I complained, the lady feigned ignorance - and tried to dismiss my point - despite my proof. Then, her partner came in to correct the issue - saying she would complete the hour - but the damage was done. I think what bothered me the most was they refused to allow me to confirm my final amount on my receipt I literally had to snatch it from their hand and threaten to leave this review - which I've decided to leave since Yelp! consistently encourages me to do so I left this spot and genuinely hope all you fellas reading this avoid it, too. Honestly, there are much better places that "offer" what they tried to persuade me with any damn way if you catch my meaning... If you're looking to get taken care of - so you can go back and battle life - this place ain't for you. Factos.

Star Massage Found…read morethis place because I was in the area. I called and the lady (receptionist) was able take me in. I came in and ask for the "Combo #1" (30mins body & 30mins foot massage). I was ask to pay first before service. $60 total. She lead me into a private room. Well it's not completely closed because it doesn't have a ceiling. **Inside Area** Inside the store was dark with a few yellow lamps for the ambiance. Soft instrumental music was being played. Not too loud just perfect. 5/5 **Private Room** Not fully seal since it has an opening at the top with two wooden bars I guess if you for deep tissue (they use it to stand while massaging your back) Soft yellow light inside. Room is clean and no smell. The room has shelf where you can leave your phone and wallet. 5/5 **Service** I was ask to take off my shirt and pants. But I was wearing long pants so I kept those on. I laid face down and the lady (Susan, the receptionist) was taking doing my massage. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure; I pick medium. But I feel I should have ask for hard. After taking care of my back I was told to turn over. She did great works on my neck and shoulder. Hands and arms are good. My favorite was when she massage my feet. I felt most of knots were relieve. I have a high pain tolerance so I know for sure I'm not getting any bruises later. 5/5 **Completion** After the service, She told me I can put in my shirt and exit when ready. She waiting in the front and I gave her the tips of $40 cash. I've been to many massages in the past so I made sure I have tips in hand before exiting. I told her I will be seeing her again. She smiles and was very happy to hear that. 5/5 Tip: If you pay cash it's cheaper by $3 versus credit card. Better to tip in cash. Overall review: nice place, Susan was really friendly. Clean place, they offer water and tea all self-serve. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area. So far no funny businesses they only do massage as far as I know. 5/5
