I was in need of a dip powder manicure and Pandora Nails was able to take me the day and time I requested. It's a fairly large salon so I was seated immediately when I arrived, even though I was about 25 min early. Ngan did my manicure. I could not believe the selection available for dip powders! I almost couldn't decide I had so many colors to choose from!The only issue I had was that I asked for square with round edges but she kept making them almond. I think it was probably because most people get that shape. When I pointed it out, she quickly fixed it so everything was fine. When my nails were done, they looked beautiful! I was so happy with the results. Ngan did a great job. I read somewhere that mimosas were given so I was looking around to see if anyone was drinking any but alas, I didn't see anyone. I was a little disappointed but that's just me trying to be extra, lol. I also would have loved to have my hands and arms massaged but I guess that's also only done at some salons. Despite that, I will definitely be back as the prices are reasonable, the salon is clean and safe, the technicians are friendly, and my nails look great. read more

This is a review for my daughter's birthday party last weekend. I reserved 7 mani/pedis and specifically stated it was a birthday party several weeks ago and they took a deposit for the event. When we got there, the chairs were all full and they said they would be ready in a few minutes. They took over half an hour to completely seat all seven girls and did not put them together. I still tipped and thanked them for the service. Moreover, today, my daughter complained her toe was bugging her and when she showed it to me it was PUSSING YELLOW GOO from where the technician clearly went too deep on her big toe and it is unclear if the tool used was sanitized. I am so disappointed for the amount of money we spent, in addition to it being my daughter's special day. I will not be coming here again. read more

Rude female owner. She loudly badmouths customers in Vietnamese. You know they sell translating ear buds on Amazon? Nail techs are not very skilled. It's a rush through, thick, lumpy acrylic, and deep red ridges on nail bed due to heavy handed drill work. Very damaging to nails and painful. I have been here a few times before and every time the experience has been very disappointing and unsatisfactory for some or the other reason but being strapped on time and an event coming up l decide to give them another shot but clearly some places never improve There were a series of things I requested and he did pay heed to any of it, did what he thought fit. I don't know what was the issue with the nail technician that he didn't understand or didn't care. I even explained it to the manager & the other nail tech but nobody wished to care. I requested gel X, he did acrylic; I requested a length but filled till there was no length left; I showed a design and he f*cked it up as he please; for a design I numerous times requested metallic paint and he did chrome. WTF, the whole point of me going to a nail salon is to get my nails done, you mess that up too and then ask me to pay for your exorbitant amount for your crap job. SUCH A FREAKING SCAM! NEVER AGAIN. All that done the staff had no decency to acknowledge their mistake or offer to fix it. Beyond unfair, and have never had an experience this bad in years. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for a while. I don't get my nails done, but I do love to get a pedicure once in a while. I've come here twice now, and each time I've been very happy with the services. I think it's best to make an appointment during busy times, but they do take walk-ins and accommodate as best they can. Today, me and my girl decided to treat ourselves to a fancy pedicure. We hunted online for a spot that could hook us up - I wanted a foot scrub, and she was all about the paraffin wax and hot stones. Plus, we were really hoping to sip on some mimosas. We thought we found the perfect place. I called, booked for both of us, and off we went. But as soon as we walked in, it was clear things weren't gonna be great. My girl loved the lounge, but when it came to the actual pedicure, it was a letdown. My tech Jenifer didn't get the memo about scrubbing, not just rubbing. When I asked, things got awkward fast. She declined my request to actual use the exfoliation scrubber. She was so rude that I downgraded my package to the basic package, she was not happy. Meanwhile, my girl's tech, Cindy, was killing it. Made me wish I was in her chair. Overall, not the luxury experience advertised. Should've stuck with my usual spot. Left the sunny delight mimosa untouched. Beyond irritated that the heels of my feet are rough AF. She was so irritated that she avoided adding lotion to my heels lol. Literally kept moving the lotion to my toes. read more

Great pedicure! I came in on a weekday around 9am, they weren't very busy at all. Tony did my pedicure and it was fantastic. I have very short toe nails that I'm trying to leave alone, in the past at OTHER places the technician would sometimes comment on them and it made me uncomfortable. Thankfully, there weren't any comments about them at all here! So I felt like welcomed and valued. He applied the gel nicely and evenly and it has lasted two weeks. I suspect it will last longer. They massage and scrub was also a nice touch. Although they do advertise a drink which I wasn't offered, but I am OK with because it was 9 AM hahaha Overall, highly recommend read more

Very unhappy with my mani/pedi, the lady who did it was so nice and she really tried to fix it. I gave up asking her to fix it because she couldn't even see how uneven this was. In other news - massage was great. Not worth $55 in my opinion, I had to buy nail polish at target and re do the manicure since I have work events this week. After I posted my initial review for Pandora, the business owner sent me a really nice message and explained that some staff was new or had just returned to work after being off for awhile, which might have resulted in the not-so-great manicures. I really appreciated her reaching out and candidness, so I went back for another mani pedi. I've been back about 5-6 times since then and I've had mostly really good experiences. I think the magic is in finding someone who does nails the way you like them to be done, and also communicating what you do/don't like when you're actually in the chair. In any event, I'm happy to have found a reliable nail salon close to home and look forward to many future great mani pedis. Side note: Friendly reminder to treat aestheticians and other service providers kindly and respectfully!! On two separate visits, I saw customers treating their nail technician pretty poorly, which made my blood boil. read more

Honesty I used to love going here everything was great! Pedis were amazing so was the gel x. I got my gel x nails done on Saturday and they started to lift from the sides so I went in to get them fixed mind you I paid 75$ so it's definitely not cheap although I wasn't charged to get them fixed it was just really and they left a chunk of gel x bond under my thumb nail the French tip design was crooked the design she fixed on my other hand was crooked and fat didn't even try to make it look like the other nails. Super disappointing. I definitely won't be going back the only reason they are getting a second star is because the lady's were sweet but I think they just got lazy and stopped trying with their work. read more

She painted them very sloppy and left them red around my nail bed since I chose a dark color. She also got up in the middle of my pedicure to go do someone else's nails. I didn't have a great experience here. Everyone was super nice, but my nail tail cut my skin near my cuticle and I was bleeding. When she finished my nails, I had nail polish all over my skin. She didn't use acetone to clean it up, but she use the cuticle cutter thing.... my finger still hurts 3 days later. read more

I was 10 minutes early and Emma was ready to start. They have great color choices. I am so happy to see they have OPI gel polish. "Lincoln Park After Dark" is my go-to and they never had OPI gel polish at the previous salon I used to go to. As usual Emma did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time to make sure they were perfect. The edges are perfect and the color is solid (no streaks). I can't wait to go back. It is out of my way but it is totally worth it. read more

I was so excited for the next visit that I could wait the extra week and I went in today... 53 days later and I experienced a peaceful time & good music, similarly to my first visitation. The same technicians was able to do my pedi again in the same chair but the hand were done by someone else. They both worked on me at the same time and did a great time. It was extremely expensive but.. I RECOMMEND this shop to anyone wanting a GREAT job done on their nails (that will last a while). Try calling in so you don't catch them at a busy time. The busier they are; the less patient they might be with your special request. I was really looking forward to my experience getting a deluxe pedicure here but it just Okay and I don't think I will be returning. I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week and still had to wait about 10 minutes to finally get started. The place itself is very nice and clean for a nail salon very relaxing pedicure treatment however I had asked for Deluxe Spa Pedicure and they forgot my mimosa drink and and weren't the most hospitable during the pedicure.
