I have been in this particular store many times and can never get any help, because they're busy? No, unless busy discussing last nights date is considered....Yesterday I went in the store, there was little product on the shelves and what was on the shelf was unorderly and out of place, testers strewn about...things on the floor etc..there were at least two salespeople on the floor...well, clustered at the counter...I counted four people other than my friend and I who came in and no one asked if anyone needed anything....I would have understood the disarray if they had been stocking the shelves, but there were no stock boxes about, schematics out, OR people WORKING on them. I did not even go further to browse the lingerie as I was so disgusted by the condition of the fragrance/makeup side of the store. This is at the entrance you would think they would show a little more pride in their store and product!

Being DIY as it is, its location in Old Town is sort of fitting. It's pretty hipster, but that's not a bad thing when it's the only store of its kind in Beaumont. The mannequins always sport some inspired outfits. There's shoes, jewelry, hats, belts, bathing suits, (new) undergarments and men's stuff in addition to women's clothing. It is not incredibly cheap, but I guess it's not like Goodwill, where the selection was indiscriminately accepted from a public clothing dumpster. Expect to pay about the same for used and new. I found a new-with-tags Betsey Johnson bra for only $16 - great thing to have, and I think there were several.

I was amazed and floored at the beautiful selection they had. I had been to at least 10 different stores over the last week and kept coming up disappointed. This location had hundreds of dresses well below $100.00 with amazing staff that had me in and out in less than an hour. I left with 7 dresses, shoes, a garment bag, and a smile on my face. They don't just have wedding/bridal style they have everything. ITS DEFINITELY A ONE STOP SHOP! The most amazing customer service too, every single consultant was friendly and helpful.

How inconvenient for me as a customer to Immediately pick up my stuff and be asked to leave. The associate (named Jay G. [a young lady]) was not even respectful enough to say "I am so sorry ma'am but I have to arrange the clothes here" & I will be definitely ok with that; instead she acted boastful and very not accommodating!! Yes she said excuse me but stared at me long so disrespectfully enough that made me uncomfortable & felt she was waiting for me to leave the area (which happens to be the very reason she was saying excuse me for!). What made it worst was when I reported it to the manager, the manager too was not apologetic herself! Even when I told her that I felt disrespected by their associate, Jay G, the manager insisted & said "Well she said excuse me to you and I don't see what's wrong with that!". TALK ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE there!! I love TJ Maxx & and all their items especially their clothes!!.. but because of these two inconsiderate, disrespectful, not accommodating & unreasonable employees who work at their Port Arthur branch, I may not come back for a while. Customers should be treated with RESPECT & should be given necessary accommodations especially when one expressed how they felt being treated that way. The manager should know better!! Obviously, the manager does not know good customer service herself! I just hope & pray for these two people that they do not affect the store with their negative attitude!! You do not deserve to be a part of such a great store! TJ Maxx must be careful in hiring people like them for they ruin the store's good reputation. I still LOVE TJ MAXX! I just hope that this is the first & last time I would get mistreated & disrespected by their employees. That may not seem long for some of you but when a "normal" T-shirt lasts about a year, I get excited about this. Their jeans are insanely comfortable and also have out lasted any other brand.
