I have been shopping at this store for years with my service dog, who is clearly marked "service dog". A new employee stopped me and DEMANDED paperwork, which is illegal by federal HEPA law. She said her manager instructed her to throw anyone out that wouldn't show paperwork. In the last 6 months I have spent over 500.00 in this store. Thanks I won't be back after your illegal demands!! My duties as Santa took me to the "Romance Store." (As an aside, whenever I try to put this stuff into the category of "romance," it doesn't usually work out very well.) Anyway, I found a little something to put under the tree and happily headed home. Later, when it came time to wrap the gift, it became painfully obvious the the item had been re-packaged as if purchased and returned. Huh? Next day, back I went. As I arrived and expressed my concern over the repackaging of this type of product, I was immediately informed that pretty much everything in the store has been opened, fondled and put back into its bag, box or clamshell. (Did that sound dirty or is it just me?) Let me just say, "EWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!" When I said that Santa might need to find another place to shop, the response was a shrug of indifference. Santa will do so. The one bright spot in my short-lived relationship with Cindie's is a salesperson named Chrissy. She is great. Beyond out-of-this-world wonderful. Long time reoccurring customer purchased 260.00 worth of merchandise only to get home 35 mins away to discover one of the outfits had a tear in it. I understand the return policy and also understand trying times with covid-19 so did not expect to be able to return it but I was upset enough to call to explain frustration. Store manager told us to come in no matter what she would take care of us. Once we made the trip the next day store manager placed a call to her boss who informed her if we did not have the tags she could not assist. So after being told one thing and waiting a hour of drive time both ways nothing was resolved. You would think that a 50 dollar piece of apparel wouldn't have been as much of an issue as it was but guess long term they don't care about there customers. You guys will definitely be earning that 1 star review and I will continue word of mouth campaign for you as well. Once we get home back in Orange I am sure we can find reciept and tags but now its mood point. Enjoy your day. read more

Horrible! I bought a waist trainer (which by the way is not packaged it just on a hanger )from there but got home and it was to big. I literally had it for all of 15 min and the receipt said garments have 14 days to return and it still had tags and everything. I called the store and they did not allow me to exchange it! I will not be doing business with them again! I'm beyond mad thats 70.00 down the drain! read more

When we walked into the store the rep standing near the front immediately stepped to me to question where was my mask. My bf came in right behind me and she was about to question his mask as well but he pulled his mask up and she said thank you. And cover your nose please too sir.. He asked her if they had mask and she stated they had some we could purchase. He purchased one for me and it totaled 10.81.. Moments later a caucasian couple stepped in the store and they where kindly greeted by another associate who questioned their mask and when they answered no to not having them, the associate stated i think we may have some disposable ones we can give you. She went behind the counter and grabbed 2 of them and handed them to the other customers.. when the other associate walked back up she was looking like oohh. She looked directly down under the counter at the box of masked and when i asked her if she knew she had disposable masks under the counter that she could have given me, she responded that she was told by her manager that she could not tive them away.. her name is Molly but she couldn't remember her lastname.. She attempted to question the associate who politely gave away the 2 masks but the associate was entertaining the customers not paying her any mind.. She went to run to another associate to ask for Molly's lastname.. I begin to ask my bf anout having the receipt for the mask we purchased and the associate began to state there where no refunds.. The audacity!.. I wouldn't wanna return a used mask.! We will have this dispute with Molly though.. Cause this was all wrong.. I am very disappointed by this action.. although i was prepared to purchase, we walked out. read more

Waste of time. Store is unorganized and over priced. Workers stay behind register and don't assist customers in the least. Lions Den has a much better selection and employees that actually know what they are doing. Prices are better at Lions Den as well. Worth the extra drive. Skip out on Cindies. read more

Wide variety of products and the staff are very friendly. In an atmosphere like this it can be uncomfortable for people, but it's about as classy as an establishment like this can get. The employees are always modest and discreet, and friendly and informative. There's a lot of variety here including perfumes and laundry soaps so don't think it's just a nasty sex shop. I've spent more time and money here than I should but I don't get any complaints from my man... This store is always clean. There is a very strict final-sale policy on many (if not all) items due to their intimate nature. read more

WORST experience ever!! I will NEVER go back to this store. This was my first time in an adult store and I had no idea were to start. My daughters told me that people who work in adult stores are usually very nice and helpful. I was nervous and excited going in the store. The employee, Monica helped me in the store or should I say NOT HELP ME. Monica was short with her answers, rolled her eyes, and threw my ID and debit card at me. I felt she had no time to help me and that she hated her job. I ended up buying a product there that my daughters recommended to me, which was a big mistake. I went into Spencer's gifts later that day to find the same product there for half the cost. If I could return the product from Cindie's I would in a heart beat. The gentleman that worked at Spencer's was Very helpful and nice. It was 100% excellent customer service. He also stated that Cindie's was overpriced and the reason why he doesn't go in there is because the employees have bad attitudes. I contacted Lauren the Manager at Cindie's and she said that she did talk to her employee because she saw and heard on the video that her employee did throw my ID and debit card at me but Lauren kept insisting that Monica was not being rude. She continued to say that I was the one being rude. I find it hard to believe that she could see how Monica was rolling her eyes at me on video and I also find it hard to believe that she listened to the video because Monica was clearly not being polite. If Lauren would have handled the situation better and more responsive to my needs instead of putting the blame on me, I would have given this store one more chance. She didn't, so I will never return! read more
