After several long-winded emails with various and sundry excuses we have not received any of our funds back. The last excuse was that they were overwhelmed with work and couldn't spend the time to place a check in the mail. Honestly, this level of disregard for customers and the lack of integrity they exhibit in honoring their promises is both shocking and unacceptable. Make your reservations knowing there will never be a refund if you must cancel for an international health pandemic- or even a change of plans!

The location of the hotel was very central to our needs which we appreciated. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast in the morning which served eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. In the evening they offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer which was nicely enjoyed. We sat in the bar area on the couches/chairs which was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It wasn't anything crazy but it was a nice little surprise! The hotel was giant. There's a lot of cool artwork and decorations that can keep you entertained as you walk through the hotel. The rooms were pretty clean and were a decent size, but again nothing too spectacular especially for the price. We also got a couples massage. I loved my deep tissue but my girlfriend's masseuse didn't really use as much pressure as she needed, so I guess it was a hit or miss experience. One thing that does seem a little shiest is how they charge for the massage. They tell you an upfront price (e.g. $140 each to deep tissue), but aren't as up front with the mandatory 20% tip. I don't mind tipping at all, but mandating a 20% tip (especially for an underwhelming experience) is a little absurd. It would be better if they just built it into the up front pricing instead of trying to sneak it in at the end.

I specifically asked about making changes to my reservation and was told fine, with in 24 hours. Now when I want to cut my stay by one night I was told NO. You have to pay. Terrible, terrible customer service for a very mediocre property. i will never return. And advise all comers to avoid.
