It was very fancy and they had a nice set up for the gallery opening in the lobby, lots of space for displaying work, and they even put out a delicious spread of food, cheeses, shrimp, small sandwiches, great presentation! Additionally the staff was very friendly and informative when asked about the history of the space. Beautiful spot, maybe have an occasion to stay eventually!

Upon check in, the front desk receptionist was very kind and informed. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. We didn't lack for anything. The location of the hotel was very central to our needs which we appreciated. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast in the morning which served eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. In the evening they offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer which was nicely enjoyed. We sat in the bar area on the couches/chairs which was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The foyer is absolutely beautiful to your left a sitting area with a fireplace and tons of books. The wood paneling, tapestries in the lobby are amazing. While I didn't experience the afternoon tea I walked through the lobby when it was in full bloom and it looked tremendous. I would absolutely come back to the O Henry and highly recommend the experience.

Greensboro has a lot of fine places to get a massage but is lacking in places with the full spa experience. Grandover turned out to be wonderful for a day of relaxation and treating ourselves. The staff were super friendly, the massage was amazing and just what I needed, and the facilities are really nice. They have a sauna, steam room, relaxation room, access to a gym and the pool, a free water, a pool bar, and a bit more. It's a great place to spend a few hours embracing relaxation. Although the price is a little high, you really do get a lot for the money. I will be back for sure.

I came home one night during our stay to find a 6" worm next to my bed. Alive. I disposed of it but when I mentioned that I was concerned about more coming in (falling from the ceiling for example), I was brushed off "it happens". During that same stay my in-room refrigerator froze and exploded all contents. Response: shrug. I decided to give them another try a year later for a 9 night stay. I specifically asked about making changes to my reservation and was told fine, with in 24 hours. Now when I want to cut my stay by one night I was told NO. You have to pay. Terrible, terrible customer service for a very mediocre property. i will never return. And advise all comers to avoid.
