While I had previously worked with another company that did a good job, my experience with Absolutely Clean was notably superior. They consistently arrived on time and fulfilled all commitments. Additionally, they took care of minor repairs at no extra charge, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Seen someone who works for or possibly owns this company today in my neighborhood. We have a lot of…read moreissues with people not realizing the streets we live on are city streets. People just pay no attention to the law and do as they please. Today while going home I noticed the truck blocking a very obviously marked space where there is a fire hydrant. Anytime I leave or exit the neighborhood I stop and try to let ppl know if they are violating HOA or city rules as a courtesy and check around the pool to make sure there is no loitering that needs reported to the hoa or leo. Sometimes I will call the non emergency # to let local authorities know as I am disabled/retired and do not currently work. Today I stopped to let the gentleman know he was blocking a hydrant with literally the whole rest of the street open to park that was not blocking it. Instead of moving the vehicle he sat there and said he has been parking there for 5 years. Well in my neighborhood the sign has only been there for about 6 months but they have been placed there because of this exact reason, ppl like this young man who apparently don't think laws apply to them and can do as they please but then will be the first ones to become upset if they get cited. I should have just called the non emergency number and informed authorities but in an attempt to be neighborly and friendly I decided to just let them know hey you are parking in an area we are having issues with ppl parking. In a 20 minute time frame from the first time I drove by on the way to my house until the time I left back out of the neighborhood no attempts to move were made. While I did not contact local Leo I did let them know they were in front of the sign and blocking the hydrant and everything in my vehicle is always recorded because I have front and rear facing cameras for safety. In every single state across the USA it is illegal to block fire hydrants and it costs fire departments valuable time trying to access them in case of fire.......No grown ADULT should have to be told not to block a fire hydrant. This shows bad character in the fact that they know they are doing something wrong but because they think they won't be caught it's rationalized as being ok. Next time instead of being friendly I will just call the non emergency number and be that guy. Just because you are in a neighborhood doesn't mean you are not expected to follow rules. Most neighborhoods have city streets and literally come on, this is stuff you learn in elementary school, DON'T BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS. They could have easily parked where I took this photo from but instead as you see blatant disregard for the sign that says NO PARKING HERE ANYTIME and the YELLOW HYDRANT right beside the vehicle. I guess this doesn't apply to ppl working lawncare. I have two teens that just started driving and people like this set a horrible example. Simply being a good citizen and doing what is right would have prevented this review. Literally a truck with the business name on the side blatantly blocking a hydrant. What kind of example does this set? Live right even in the dark!!!!!

We recently had the exterior of our home painted and stained by Good Faith Paint Company. They did…read morethe best prep work and wood repair of any painting company I've had experience with, and even made our peeling deck look great. Their work quality is fantastic. Communication was always professional and friendly. The punch list was handled with ease and speed. Prices are reasonable. It is difficult to choose paint colors from small swatches, and they have a novel way to handle that. They applied part of each color to be sure we liked it, and were very accommodating even though we changed our minds on everything at least once. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of schedule. They have a small crew, and the job went on much longer than we thought it would. So if you're in a hurry, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you have time and patience, you will get a terrific paint job and all around experience. We will definitely hire them again.
