Pane Vino is a large establishment with a nicely furnished interior, offering plenty of room for private banquets, groups, and gatherings. I had lunch with a group of 15, and the table was set beautifully with stemmed water goblets pre-filled for us. Nice silverware, cloth napkins, hefty S&P shakers. I had the rigatoni bolognese and it was delicious! A perfect lunch portion. Plus fresh bread was brought out with butter, oil, red pepper flakes, grated parm. Highly recommend for atmosphere, accomodation, service and food.

Pretty decent food and good service. We had a bunch of appetizers for a large group. Particularly loved their bread in the beginning though and it was really good with the oil and butter. Also loved the beans and burrata cheese. I had the margarita pizza which was pretty good. I ordered a limoncello spritz which isn't on the menu. They did it really well. The tiramisu was also delicious. According to some people in my group the beet salad wasn't great and the pastas lacked some flavor. I didn't have any. Clean and good bathrooms and overall had a nice time.

I have been going here quite often. About twice a month for a while now simply because it is one of the most amazing restaurants I have been to. I hardly EVER get specials anywhere else because I'm usually disappointed. However, Pane hits it out of the ballpark every single time. Their scallop dishes are to die for. I've also had their spin linguine and clams. I am also of course, had their salmon, which, of course is delicious as well. Stop by the bar to enjoy great conversation with their experience bartenders!

We dined here on a Wednesday night for our anniversary. First time at the restaurant and we were extremely impressed. The service was great, the food was even better. Inside the dining area it was cozy with the fireplace goung. It was busy and every table was used, that was a good sign that our meal would be good. Everything was good, temperature, flavor, and made to our liking. We got the prime rib and clams. Would recommend pane vino to anyone looking for good food and dining experience.

Last night my husband and I went out to dinner with another couple for a celebration dinner. I was excited to try Pane Vino as I had never been before and had a craving for some fancy Italian food. Upon entering, the restaurant had great ambiance, decor and also a live singer. The singer was situated near the bar in jeans and a T-shirt which was interesting albeit he was talented with his singing which provided a nice backdrop and mood. We were seated promptly and quickly asked if we would like something to drink. I originally wanted the Mezcal (I have had many different mezcals before) but the waitress quickly said, "no you don't want that". I was confused and thought maybe they were out of an ingredient but the server said I wouldn't like it because it's bitter. A little odd because she didn't really ask what types of drinks I like, so I was a bit pressured to go for another drink and ended up going with another cocktail, which was nicely crafted. We were welcomed with warm bread and different toppings which was a nice touch. We started with a shared calamari appetizer which was quite delicious. For the main course I had the Cannelloni that I was pleasantly surprised with! The portions were huge and mine was stuffed with seafood that was perfectly flavored in both the sauce and also the sauce on the inside for the seafood. We had to hunt down the server to get some parmesan for our dishes but other than the the service was very attentive has far as refilling water and drinks. We rounded out the night with a cheesecake for dessert. Overall the drinks and food were lovely with tasty flavor and large portions. This is a great place if you are looking for a nice dinner out!

I didn't realize there was another Pane Vino outside of downtown, and I'm elated at the news! We ordered takeout (COVID-19 times, etc), and plated our own food, but it was great to be able to include fresh bread and garlic butter even at home. We ordered the penne vodka with chicken, chicken french, caesar side salads, and tiramisu. DELICIOUS. No other way to put it. The portions were amazing (enough for lunch the next day), and ordering was very easy. We were also very happy with the pick up set up, and the precautions the restaurant was taking to space people out and provide hand sanitizer. The space inside looks wonderful - including a huge bar, and we're looking forward to going back when things return to normal.

While planning our dinner party months in advance, the communication from Janine was excellent. She helped us develop a 4-course menu that was sure to have something for everyone, including vegan and allergy friendly options. Amy was our server for the evening, and she ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. The chairs in the Meyer's Den are wide and comfortable, the decor is dark and classy, and being in the basement away from the dining room made it very quiet and easy to converse with family. The room is rather spacious for 12 guests, but could also accommodate a few more people without feeling cramped. Out of the appetizers we selected, the Charred Octopus was very popular and everyone enjoyed it...even those that had never previously eaten octopus. The baby cauliflower dish was also a beautiful presentation, and quite large and enjoyable. The salads, particularly the Charred Hurricane salad, were nice light courses before the entree was served. As for the entrees, the filet mignon was a little on the dry side, but we really enjoyed the light and crispy spinach fritters that accompanied the beef. The salmon was a generous portion of medium rare fish, and there was lot going on with that dish - spicy cauliflower and za'atar potatoes that had some mixed reviews. Folks who ordered the duck breast seemed to enjoy the complex preparation, which had asparagus, green beans, and two pureed sauces - cauliflower ginger and cherry-rhubarb. The doughnut bread pudding with apple pieces and vanilla ice cream was a delicious, decadent way to end the meal. We left rather stuffed, and delighted with the overall experience that allowed our family to celebrate together.

It feels like a hidden locals-only joint where you can grab a glass of your fave from a thoughtfully curated list of delicious options, and settle in with your better half, besties or a group of friends and just chill. We've been to Apogee a number of times before and 'after' covid, in colder months when we've been lucky to snag a window table, and in warmer times, like tonight, when we can sit outside and enjoy the flickering fireflies along with our sparkling rosè. Besides the pleasant atmosphere, Apogee has a beautifully appointed interior space, clean bathrooms, and a menu with cheese plates, cake, and more wines than you could taste in a summer. All of that plus super knowledgable 'bar tenders' (more like wine sommeliers) who can take your possibly clumsy description of what you think you want and offer up several perfect options, and you have the makings of a very pleasant evening. Book mark this place and plan to spend at least an hour enjoying an outside table!

As a special events venue, Apogee was flexible with outside food and also with decorations. There was no additional venue rental/site fee, just a minimum spend amount (which we were confident that we would exceed). The venue is cozy and intimate, but has high ceilings so it did not feel claustrophobic at all, even with 30+ guests at one point. I'm a wine snob myself, so I was a bit skeptical initially when I saw their wine list. Most of the wines they serve retail for $10-20. They do have some bottles that are more expensive (retail ~$30). However, after tasting some of their entry level wines (Ancient Peaks Zinfandel & Gouguenheim Malbec), my worries vanished. Everything I tasted was excellent and drank better than their actual price point. Steve was a great host. He was laid back, but still friendly and attentive to all of our guests. He made sure everybody's drink needs were satisfied. He was also flexible with letting us in the venue early to set up and also staying late to clean up. I also liked the fact that they allowed us to bring our own wine, for a $15 per bottle corkage fee, which is fair. Anyways, Apogee is a great venue for a small party. They are flexible and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them as a wine bar and for hosting a private event (especially on a Sunday).

It was tender, although I ordered cook well done. The sauce was delicious. It came with Shoestring Fries. Tasty. A glass of Precose to wash everything down.
