I got a chicken noodle bread bowl and the bread bowl was the size of my tiny palm. The soup was one big spoonful barely any soup at all. The bacon turkey bravo used to be my favorite sandwich but the bread is NOT the same and on one half of the sandwich it was so stale and rock solid it made noise when i tapped my finger on it. its overpriced hospital food that my husband and i paid $45 for. I've never wanted to call and get a refund more in my life. The only positive was the bread bowl bread was soft and fresh and tasted good but way too small to hold soup. DO BETTER. read more

Well, Panera Bread. I am disappointed now. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken noodle soup and a half chicken Cobb salad. The soup had more juice than chicken and maybe about 3 noodles and 2 carrots. I opened the salad to start getting it ready and watched a fly crawl out of it. I just wasted $15.00 for lunch. There was a mishap yesterday 5/20/2024 when I placed an order for 3 oatmeal raisin with berries cookies. I received 3 cups of oatmeal with strawberry and pecans. The oatmeal tasted good but I wanted the cookies . Today 5/11/2024 I ordered 3 oatmeal raisin with berries cookies again . Today , I am happy I received my 3 cookies in a box. My rate is zero.... Worse customer service ever. I sat in the drive thru over five minutes while three people laughed and played. I eventually went into the store. No one was on the front register so I went to the pickup area. I still was not greeted. One of the young ladies finally turned around to tell me they were making my order. It's just common courtesy and their job to greet the customer and let them know if there's a delay. Not sure who is running this place but all three people need more training or find another job because they clearly don't like giving good customer service. Order was placed at 1:00pm for pickup at 1:25 pm. Sat in the line for 18 minutes until 1:45pm. Upon getting the order, was rushed to pull out. Was generally terrible service. Upon opening the order HALF of the entree sandwiches were missing. We ordered 3 sandwiches and received 1. One of the worst options in Forney which is saying a lot. While I cannot review the actual food, I did make a delivery order at 5:37 and expected a delivery between 6:10 and 6:20pm. My order was 2 sandwiches and 1 salad. I was just notified that my order will deliver using a doordash delivery at 7:10pm. An hour later than we expected. My family is hungry and this Panera is only 10 minutes from my house. I should have saved the money and the 'delivery reward' and just gone to pick it up or better yet, just made dinner. While waiting, I have made a salad already. What a waste of time. read more

Running errands and I needed a carb snack so I decided and everything bagel with cream cheese would be great. Sliced and toasted of course! Something to eat on the go. Pick it up, get down the road and find a nice shady spot to eat my snack in between errands and it sliced but not even lightly toasted. Just raw untoasted bagel. I look at the receipt on the bag and it clearly says sliced and toasted. I cannot eat an untoasted bagel. That's disgusting. Total waste of $5. Not to mention the drive-thru took forever even though I ordered online. I will not be returning. This was ridiculous. How incompetent are you that you can't toast a bagel. read more

Worst location ever. The last time I came here the workers gave off the impression that I was an inconvenienced when I changed my order from to go to HERE. I complained to the manager and hopefully they had a discussion with the employee about custom service. I still told myself I wouldn't be back so whatever, no big deal. However, today, my family and I stopped at the drive thru for a late lunch, and you'd think they deliberately gave me the wrong order. Not surprised at the low ratings this store has. I'm a delivery driver for many apps and have done this through many cities across the US. Ive never been to a Panera this disorganized, slow and rude. The girls working this evening around 5 pm were absolutely no help when it came to a corporate order they couldn't find. No one wanted to help fix or address the issue and instead left me standing around for 20+ minutes thinking it was being prepared. Only to be asked for the 5th time the name on the order and be told again that it will be prepared. Mind you, the store was not busy at all, most of the time they were standing around. We waited quite a while for this Panera bread to open. On the first week, that they were open, I decided to go and order a sandwich. When I got home with the sandwich I was very disappointed. It barely had any meat and they charge me for cheese. There was no cheese on it Plus the fact that it was a cheese that I did not even ask for on it. The soup had off funny after taste. I called the manager and he's seemed like he was very casual about it. He said he would put my name on a list and I would get a free sandwich. I was disappointed with that response. I'm sure they're working out some of the problems of being open on the first week but I'm contemplating not returning. When I double check an ask if an item is in the bag they tell me yes, and I get home and it's missing. Today I ordered to my house, my frozen carmel cold brew was missing so I called. I NEVER complain but I did let the lady in the other line know this is a reoccurring thing every time I order from this location and it is extremely frustrating and she comes back with "we've been getting this complaint a lot and are working to do better" (I see they are practicing this do better thing LOL). Ordered curbside pickup today. I received the confirmation email. Hubby arrived to pick it up, parked in the designated spot, notified them of his arrival and waited, and waited, and waited. The car next to him was waiting as well. No one ever came out to bring our food. So my handicapped hubby had to go inside to find our order bagged and sitting in the counter getting cold. I love Panera, but this location just doesn't cut it. Hopeful they get better! I've gone multiple times and each time my order was wrong. This last time was the worst. Order an iced coffee and a hot coffee. They take my card and charge me incorrectly for someone else's order. They give me my "iced coffee" and expect me to leave...? So I told them no the order is wrong I have two coffees. They finally realize it, have to refund me the incorrect charge which of course takes a few days.., and give me my hot coffee as well. I get home and realize the iced coffee is actually iced tea....sigh... what? Come on. How hard is two coffees... and nothing but a "sorry" to compensate. So I went to Panera two days ago to get a iced chai latte and a cappuccino I got both the biggest size they have which is 20oz. So when I go today the girl gives me the chia tea in a 16oz and charges me for a 20oz and tells me that's the only size they have and her manager told her she has to give me that size. So I taste it my chai tea was dark brown black almost it was horrible. I had to tell her that the app says they do have 20oz so she could give it to me. Then she gives me the new drink she made after I told her the old one was horrible and so strong and she made it the same way. I don't complain but wow they need to teach that girl how to charge properly and make drinks. So disappointed in this Panera honestly was my favorite place but not anymore. read more

It's as if they weren't given proper training AND the staff just don't care! I have called to have a replacement order and the replacement was just as bad. We were such happy people when we realized this Panera was closer to our house than the one in Mesquite. The service was better and it was warmer inside. The service is still great HOWEVER it is FREEZING inside! It is always obvious when Panera needs to up its soup sales all at the expense of the comfort of its customers. I am not happy today as I sit here to do my college work with my hood up over my head. We won't be returning after today.
