We have had Cowboy Chicken before, but not really was our go too. We decided to give it another try, it was SO good! Hubby just gets the rotisserie chicken, I wanted different so tried the Durango Bowl. It was awesome! Chicken was soft and juicy, with tons of flavor. So much better than Chipo***!!! I love this place! Idk why the reviews are so low. Every time we have ever been in there the food is HOT, the staff are nice, it's a clean environment and it's DELICIOUS! The absolute worst peach cobbler I've ever had. It was burnt. I saw literally 3 pieces of peaches in this mess. It had a very strange taste. I guess so considered it had a bunch of black burnt chunks in it. I truly want a refund for that awful so called cobbler. That's a lot of money for something I just threw out. Yuk! I think one and a half stars would be fair This food is so obviously left out ready to be packed up and served rather than any attempt at making things fresh(food should be prepared then thrown out if past its shelf life under a heat lamp), im guessing that's the business model. tempura as a batter for chicken tenders in my opinion is just not a good idea from a culinary standpoint and just isn't it in manner. I've never had sour broccoli before until here. The best thing was the rolls and sauce. I bought food here before but through DoorDash . The food always been good. Today is my first time coming into the restaurant. Customer service was ok not really friendly. The establishment was very dirty all the tables had food stains. I let the young lady that attended us that the tables where very dirty. If she had anything for I can clean the table and seats . The food was not what I expected since I ate food from this location before. Overall I give 1-10 . This location haves allot work to be done. I hope in the future they fix the problem.But for now I will not buy anything from this establishment. To management please take time to check the restaurant daily to make sure your business customer ready at all time. Employees need a refresher training. Hello, Hi, and Hey! So I give a 5 star today to one food place and it saddens me that I have to give a 2 for this one. It should be a 1 but they gave me another chicken that was edible. First off when you get your food check it and make sure it is fresh. I didn't do that a d I had to make a second trip up there. I went to this place for my family because the "other" fire grilled chicken place had ran out of chicken. The pictures will explain the difference of the chicken and there is no explanation for the burnt broccoli. The second chicken was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the first. Here is a fair warning, if food places want good reviews please serve good food. If I'm going to give you the bad I will definitely point out the good if there is any to report. More importantly please know that I am going to be visiting fast foods, five star restaurants and all in between..... oh by the way the salad was freshly made and the fried okra was hot and fresh! I was scared to try here because of the reviews but I'm super happy I did. I had the 2 piece dark with creamed spinach and the twice baked potatoes and my husband had the 2 piece white with green beans and sweet potato and we were allowed to try the street corn and the Mac and cheese and to say everything was delicious and flavorful is an understatement... don't let the past reviews scare you .... I have enjoyed the food, but the experience was awful. I wish I got the name of the guy I spoke to. When I tried to get my food that was ordered online through Uber Eats. At the time I had my two small children with me and did not want to take them out of the car when the establishment has a drive thru. My order was small just three of their sides. Did not think it was be big deal to retrieve this order in the drive thru. When I requested my order the guy on the intercom refused to give me my order because it was uber eats order. I mentioned to him that I had two small children that I did not want to pull out since I was by myself and making my hand full to pick up a small order. He then told me unfortunately he would not be able to give me my order in the drive thru and would need to come inside. My food was already paid for and i struggled to come inside trying to carry both my children ( infant and 1 yr old). There should be an options for customers to ho are unable to come inside to get their​​ to go orders in the drive thru. My husband was upset about this situation and we will not be returning to this establishment and I will be informing other customers that may have their hands full with children that may order Togo and is traveling alone. The guy I talked to at the restaurant was there around 2 pm to 3pm on June 17th. He complete did not care and claimed he was following a policy. Ridiculous!!! read more

First time here for lunch. First, I never saw the lunch sign that was behind the counter low on the wall nor was I told about it. I ordered the 5 Crispy Chicken Drimsticks in Lemon Pepper. They came out hot, but dry & were warmed up. The French fries were hot & delicious. The reason I know they were warmed up is because they came out in less than 5 minutes. Will not be back . I tore it apart in the picture to look at the meat. Returned them and they made a "fresh" batched. I could tell they were already cooked & they were refiring them again. I ordered a family meal online for pickup. I liked the ease of ordering online and not feeling rushed to decide. I place my order for pickup at 1:00 and was going to have a friend grab it on her way. I looked at the email confirmation and saw I needed to present my card in person for orders over $25. I arrived 30 minutes early and was greeted promptly by a very nice staff. They were able to get my order together within 5 minutes. Great service. We had whole chicken which was cut into sections for convenience. I loved the flavor. It's a tad on the salty side but very moist and juicy. The okra was perfect. Not too crispy and not mushy. The green beans are really good. I recommend those for keto lovers. The cucumber tomato salad was good. It kinda reminds me of ceviche with all the onion and cilantro. I would pass personally next time but it's good. The sweet potatoes were basically just a giant smoked/roasted sweet potato cut into wedges. I was expecting mashed bUt whatever. It was my first time to visit this establishment on a Friday afternoon waiting on a prescription to be filled . I orders a 1/4 white but noticed I had a 1/4 dark front end or a manager worker not sure but immediately changed it he also was there as soon as I walked in and was ready for my order . The veggies were fresh the only reason I gave 3 stars was that I received the wrong order and by working in food service so long I feel attention to detail is just as important as quality of food .
