Absolutely no warning they didn't have any ice, just a note on the machine to ask someone and they will get you ice from the back. We did and the girl came back with our glasses about a quarter full of ice. The pop was warm and completely flat so the minimal ice couldn't save it. We paid for poos and got warm flat sugar water. Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. My husband mentioned the trash blowing around outside but I didn't pay much attention. But I DID pay attention to the trash inside. Everywhere inside. I was there at lunchtime on a weekday. They were busy but had two registers open and running the whole time. Staff was courteous and brought my food to the table, which I enjoyed. I ordered a pick 2 with a chicken/hummus plate and a bowl of french onion soup. The chicken and hummus was really good (but contains a lot of cilantro, avoid if you're sensitive). The soup was very salty. I probably only took a bite before passing on the rest. Unlike other Paneras I've been to, there were no cups for water by the soda station. This is a great Panera. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. The food is the same as any other Panera....good. I also enjoy how they bring the food to your table (not all Paneras do this) because you have time to find an ideal spot while they're making your food. Also, there are plenty of power outlets to juice up your electronics. I had to knock off a star because the wifi is very annoying. The bandwidth is very good at around 10 Mbps (surprising), however, you get booted far too often. Nevertheless, this is a good location with good food. read more
