Came to a Panera on a Sunday evening about a half hour before closing. They were out of baguettes but offered us an apple instead. I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken and my friend ordered a Greek salad. The salads were good, just as ordered. Apples were crisp. read more

Absolutely no warning they didn't have any ice, just a note on the machine to ask someone and they will get you ice from the back. We did and the girl came back with our glasses about a quarter full of ice. The pop was warm and completely flat so the minimal ice couldn't save it. We paid for poos and got warm flat sugar water. They also forgot my wife's bagel and it took so long that everyone was done eating so she just got a refund. Avoid this place. read more

I placed an online order through the Panera website around 10 am for an egg soufflé and two breakfast sandwiches. When we got to the window at the drive thru, they informed us soufflés had been out of stock since about 8 am. They asked what we'd like instead and my sister chose a bagel. However, they didn't adjust the price or offer anything else to make the price equal what we paid. So for a $2 bagel, we ended up paying close to $5. Pretty bad service model, if you ask me. Stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday. My husband mentioned the trash blowing around outside but I didn't pay much attention. But I DID pay attention to the trash inside. Everywhere inside. In the bathroom, all over tables, all over the dining room floor. This place was absolutely disgusting. You could tell it hadn't been even basic cleaned in a long time. Our silverware was even dirty. The girl who took our order was very kind, but other than that the other employees didn't seem like they could care any less. The manager was talking about another "real restaurant" and it sounded like she was trying to convince the girls to apply. Out of town for a wedding and stopped here on the way back for early coffee and a pastry. The bagel I got easy questionably the best Panera bagel if ever gotten. It was NY City top bagel bakery perfect. Also picked up a couple of chocolate croissant and and an asiago bagel . Everything was very good and coffee was good as well. Service quick and pleasant at that early hour too. If the occasion warrants another trip to this area I will be back for more! read more

I was there at lunchtime on a weekday. They were busy but had two registers open and running the whole time. Staff was courteous and brought my food to the table, which I enjoyed. I ordered a pick 2 with a chicken/hummus plate and a bowl of french onion soup. The chicken and hummus was really good (but contains a lot of cilantro, avoid if you're sensitive). The soup was very salty. I probably only took a bite before passing on the rest. Unlike other Paneras I've been to, there were no cups for water by the soda station. This is a fantastic restaurant. I have lived here long enough to know the first panera that used to be across the street and this one. It is a beautiful facility on the inside and out and they have to terrific service. The workers are so friendly and very accommodating. The food is always excellent and my favorite is the triple berry scone. Omg. Don't use the drive through unless you have nothing else to do with your day. This place has very poor drive through management. After waiting forever for the cars ahead of me to move I went in to voice my concern to an extremely flippant staff. Returning to my vehicle the lady in the car waiting at the window put her window down to tell me "I don't know what their problem is, I only got a little sandwich." Once your in their drive though you are completely stuck if a vehicle enters behind you. Unless of course you're in a big truck and don't mind driving over the curb. This is a great Panera. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy. The food is the same as any other Panera....good. I also enjoy how they bring the food to your table (not all Paneras do this) because you have time to find an ideal spot while they're making your food. Also, there are plenty of power outlets to juice up your electronics. I had to knock off a star because the wifi is very annoying. Worker at the till did not know information about what ingredients were in multiple salads and soups.
