Outstanding service and guest experience. Max, the young man working the front, made careful and conscious choices to ensure every guest entered and left feeling seen and satisfied. It's been years since I've gone to Panera, basically when their menu expanded from bread bowls, soup, salad and sandwiches is when I stopped going, as a kid it was a childhood favorite and comfort food but it just didn't hit the same as an adult. Anyway I didn't know they did breakfast, I gave it a whirl and quickly became addicted to the Asiago breakfast sandwich, it's huge and kept be full for the majority of my work day which is nice seeing hairstylists don't really get a lunch break, if ya know ya know. It's not earth shattering or anything but it's really good for a fast breakfast option, well not too fast you'll be in the drive thru for a bit of a wait (not because it's busy) I think it's just, takes a bit to microwave the Sammy ha! But it's good, perfect when you're in a pinch and want a $7 sandwich. read more

I have been to this Panera 30+ times in the last 5 years and the vast majority of my experiences relate to the below: -Extreme wait times in the drive through. -Issues with order, missing entire items and have been given a different order multiple times, resulting in having to drive 15 minutes back to Panera to get the correct order. Something I find super odd, they do not plow their parking lot / driveway which results in extreme ice build up. I drive a 4x4 truck and have literally had to put it in 4 wheel while in the drive-through. Weird. read more

9:30 am and they are sold out of all soufflés! Planning for a summer Saturday is key to success. More times than not this location is understaffed. Placing your own order on kiosks is a pain. Maybe change management style or pay employees more so they stick around. read more

Literally the worst Panera location I've ever been to. EVERY time I go to this location they mess up my order, one time I even found a bunch of hair in my salad. I've been through the drive thru before just for the worker to tell me she didn't want to make what I order because they were busy (even though it was on the menu). What a train wreck. Yes, it's new but still, many of the issues were easily avoidable. 1) ANTS!!! 3 on our table - 2 on a the seats. My wife mentioned the ants to the cashier and she apologized but didn't seem surprised. 2) 6pm on a Thursday and the manager(?) is holding a meeting with newbies in the dining area. Taking up valuable table space is one thing, but showing videos with the volume on max is a whole different level of annoying. We stopped in a for a nice relaxing dinner - we could barely hear our own conversations over the training videos. 3) Dirty, dirty, dirty. We had to hunt to find a marginally clean table and had to reposition dirty dishes to dump our garbage and place our own dishes. 4) What's up with the flavorless lemonades and teas? 5) Salads were pretty bland - you might want to revisit dressing portions. 6) Speaking of salads, why don't you have some pictures of the salads so we can see what they are. The descriptions are seriously lacking. 7) I've never been able to understand why Paneras don't keep their bread warm. The Baguettes are good - but they would be awesome if they were warm. 8) Pastries were awesome Come on Panera - you've been open for over a month. This is embarrassing. Terrible service. You wait in short line of cars in the drive thru to get food (for 30+ minutes), only to be asked (after waiting at the window for your food for over 10 minutes) that they weren't working on it and you'll need to pull ahead and wait. When I received my food, the bowl of soup I ordered was only half full and no apologies from an management or employees for the long wait. Out of stock of many food items on top of it. Way overpriced for food quality and quantity as well. This was my second chance trying out this restaurant as I had a similar experience the first time here about a month ago. Decided to try Panera again, and for the third time - our order was horrible. A BLT sandwich was ordered and it had no bacon or tomato on it. they continue to apologize and say that they will send out something so that we can get a refund/replacement sandwich- from previous experience I can say that this does not happen. we will not go back again. read more

I like that this location is freestanding and not in a mall. I stopped there on a Saturday late afternoon and it wasn't terribly busy but was busier by the time I left. The staff was very nice and responsive. The food was very good. It was my first pizza and it was very good and hot. The location has a fireplace, a large centrally located counter height table (as well as numerous normal height tables and booths) which was a nice change. The location is very good with plentiful parking. The bakery had a good supply of baked goods. Sometimes I've seen other locations run out of some items. read more

Panera Bread - Salad Near Me - Oak Park Heights, Minnesota

Went through the PB drive thru on 4/26 @ around 4pm. I sat in my car for over 20 minutes, waiting for a salad and a single cup of soup. I watched through the drive thru window as about 3-4 people just stood around not doing anything, chatting. Not a big deal, but it just dragged on and on and on. Once the food came, I was just happy to get on my way. To make matters worse, the salad was missing 3 ingredients...tomatoes, cucumber, and the olives. I paid $12 for a salad that had quinoa, brown rice, and about 4 small shreds of chicken. What's the shift supervisor doing during this time? Why are people just standing around not working when there are four cars in the drive thru, customers in the restaurant? Is it really that hard to make a salad? read more

Worst Panera. The staff at this location just don't care and they are clueless. Always a line and there are never a any customers. Many times no one is up front taking orders. This place will close by end of 2023. read more

Not worth the wait in the drive thru. Thought i ordered a chipotle bacon melt, it was more a like a grilled cheese, with a little bacon and where was the chipotle? The Fuji apple salad was ok. It is completely understandable for a place that just opened to have some wrinkles to iron out. Panera's general customer service is very helpful to fix wrong orders, often going above and beyond. The food/drink being sub par here is what is most disappointing. Isn't it all the same supply and recipes for all Paneras? I've been waiting so long for this location, hope it is all brought up to standard. read more

I ordered online for rapid pickup. 2 of the 3 soups I ordered were incorrect and the additional items I had added to 3 of the 4 sandwiches were not on the sandwiches. I attempted to call and could not get through to a person. Very disappointed. Its a new location hope they can get it together. I advise caution with your online orders. read more
