OK, I know I'm never going back. First of all, when I walked in the door, the lady that greeted me was pretty rude. Instead of telling me to wait she pointed at a chair in the lobby and told me to sit down. All she would've had to say is we're cleaning tables and we'll see you in a moment. Then when I got my order of spring rolls I had to go ask for silverware. Then I ordered a soup N7 on the menu and it was not good. It was so bad that I had to tell them I apologize but I cannot eat this - the texture. The taste everything about it reminded me of saliva and dishwater. It was just horrible. I then ordered the Pho instead and also very mediocre. It was bland. There was three different meats in it and none of them had any flavor. The food was just pretty decent, nothing amazing and good if youre just looking for to settle a thai food craving. I got the red curry and it was very watery. It still tasted decent but because it was so watery the chicken just tasted like boiled unseasoned chicken since none of the curry taste actually stuck to it. I must say we enjoyed our meal. I was a little skeptical at first because we always went to Family Thai, but it was closed and this was a nice substitute. I definitely like the different approach to the pad Thai I really like the orange sauce. The fish was excellent and the papaya salad was a bit sweet. This was our first time and we were excited to try this restaurant! The atmosphere had a positive vibe and the decor felt like you had stepped into a forest filled with wildlife and elephants! Super cute! We had ordered the egg rolls for appetizers. It was crispy and quite delicious. The fish sauce dip was just perfect! We had the chicken fried rice and it was very flavorful. I love the wok smell of a good fried rice dish - yum! We tried the papaya salad (Lao style) and it had a strong spicy kick for a medium spice level! The combination flavors of sweet, tangy and spicy was perfect. We tried the chicken pad Thai. The fish sauce flavor was a little too pungent for my liking, but it was alright. It was not the typical pad Thai I am used to, but it was good. The last entree we tried was the beef laab with sticky rice. Wow! Be careful when you ask for a medium spice level - it was extremely spicy! The flavor was absolutely amazing and so delicious! We couldn't handle the spiciness and asked if we could have another one made less spicy. They were very accommodating (and quick) and was able to make us another one. What excellent customer service!! We were very grateful. The service was friendly and our food was brought out very quickly despite the place being quite busy. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant and would be back! They mostly have booths and a three of tables set up for larger parties for seating but everything felt spaced nicely. I enjoyed my food flavors and they were Thai spice levels so the medium was spicy. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive without being too interrupting of our meal. One sister did have to ask for another set of chopsticks because the set she was given was really uneven but other than that I'd eat here again. Food came out pretty quickly for how busy they got. Really adorably decorated restaurant--my favorite part was the ceiling. The service was friendly and several different servers came to check on us. The food was fresh, hot and pretty tasty. I got spring rolls and drunken noodles. The hot is HOT! Spring rolls were supposed to come with peanut sauce but it tasted like hoisin sauce. Not great... The drunken noodles are my go to at most thai restaurants. This was the worst I've had. Way too many Gai Lan Veggies and no holy basil. The dish had little flavor. Very disappointing. Order kapoon dish and eggrolls for dinner with my partner. Kapoon came out cold. Coconut cream floating on top and not mixed well with broth and noodles, even after we mixed and dressed our bowls. Eggrolls were hot and crispy. When I ate the eggrolls it left strange flavor in my mouth. The hot red sweet and sour sauce paired with the eggrolls did not taste good together. The service was fast and friendly. Waitress did not tell us that we pay at the front desk. She brought us our bill and said, "Take your time." As I was pulling out my card. Then she never came back. After paying $126 along with tip for my little family, I'm deadass leaving a review. The Pho and Thai boat noodle broth was Luke warm, beef was tough, I had to spit it into a napkin here and there and noticed and my son did the same thing even though it was thinly sliced. Ordered my kids General Tso chicken and it was soggy AF, why ? you guys pre cook it and leave it under a heat lamp and just scoop it up like the buffet as needed !? Wtf. I've never had soggy general tso or sesame chicken when ordered at the table before. Eggrolls was nothing but noodles, not sure if there as suppose to the meat, carrots and other stuff but it was the bare minimum . We ordered dishes to take home to bring to my parents to try, got home and it wasn't what we ordered. Do better Willis, not coming back. The food here was excellent! I had the Pho-broth was so flavorful! I got the combo which had plenty of seafood and beef. My sister had the sesame chicken -very good. Lunch special is a good deal. This was my 3rd time ordering from here, first two times it was good. This last time I was very disappointed. I do not like green onions, and the previous times I ordered the Pad Thai there were none in it, but not this last time...so I gave it to someone else to have because I wasn't going to pick them all out. The sweet and sour sauce was so runny...isn't this sauce suppose to be thicker. Website description of the fried rice said egg, tomatoe and onion...we got plain white rice mixed with soy sauce. I sent an email to nkaujsua12@hotmail.com with my complaint and never heard back. So because of the quality of food and no response to my complaint, I won't be going back. read more
